00:53 We're gonna be making pinwheel sandwiches.
00:57 Yay!
00:59 Well, they're not really sandwiches,
01:00 they're more like little pinwheel bites but...
01:03 Well, does that sound good? Yeah.
01:05 You want to see what they look like?
01:07 Delicious.
01:08 Who wants to see what they look like?
01:10 Me!
01:11 Oh, Miss Cinda made some, so little later on,
01:14 you guys can try them.
01:16 Look at this.
01:17 What do you think?

01:35 and you've got your roll,
01:37 so I've put it out on a plate for you.
01:40 Now here, you have some Tofutti,
01:43 Better Than Cream Cheese,
01:45 and you guys can spread
01:47 some of that cream cheese down first.
01:49 So take your knives.
01:52 And this is the vegan Tofutti, Better Than Cream Cheese, okay?
01:57 And so spread it all over your dough.
01:59 Take your knife, Cadence, and spread it all over.
02:01 Even on the edges?
02:03 Uh-huh, you can put on the edges.
02:04 Oh, it taste... You can taste it.
02:07 You can take your finger and taste it if you want
02:10 and see what it tastes like.
02:13 Is it good?
02:15 No, you don't like that?
02:17 Well, you know what,
02:18 you can just put some olives in yours, Ben,
02:20 or you can put any of these toppings
02:22 that you want, okay?
02:24 Oh, you like it?
02:26 Okay, so you can put some on your bread then.
02:28 I love it.
02:29 And, boys and girls, if you don't like that,
02:30 then you could put
02:32 something else down there if you wanted,
02:34 like you could put some like some pasta sauce
02:39 or you could just put some margarine down there too.
02:42 And then you can put whatever toppings you want.
02:45 We have red pepper, we have potato,
02:48 and this is some broccoli, and black beans, and corn,
02:52 and some black olives, and then put that all over.
02:57 Oh, Carter likes black olives.
02:59 Do you want some red pepper on that?
03:01 No?
03:02 Do you want some broccoli and corn?
03:04 You want to put some of that?
03:05 And here's some potatoes too, Carter.
03:09 Okay, then you can put some vegetables on.
03:13 Very good, Travis.
03:16 I'm gonna put some potatoes.
03:19 Oh, who likes potatoes? Me!
03:22 I love potatoes.
03:25 Oh, potatoes are yummy,
03:27 and potatoes are good for you too.
03:30 And who wants some red pepper?
03:33 Who wants red pepper?
03:35 You want red pepper?
03:36 Do you want some black beans and broccoli?
03:38 I'm gonna get some.

03:42 Yay, I can have all the red peppers.
03:44 I love red peppers.
03:46 Oh, I like them too.
03:49 Spicy in salads.
03:51 Oh, that's good.
03:52 I like to grow them in my garden.
03:54 Who has a garden? Me!
03:56 I have a big one.
03:57 No, but, you know what,
03:59 you can have a garden, you can even,
04:01 if you don't have land at home,
04:03 you know, you can even have garden,
04:04 you can get a big pot,
04:07 and you can plant a little tomato bush
04:09 or you can plant a red pepper bush.
04:11 Did you know that, boys and girls?
04:13 You could have your own little garden.
04:14 You can get a little pot.
04:16 I have a garden too, and do you see that corn?
04:19 Uh-huh.
04:20 I grew that corn in my garden.
04:22 You do?
04:23 Sometimes we grow carrots
04:26 like the color of my shirt right here.
04:29 How much corn do you have?
04:32 Like 50 oz.
04:34 Wow.
04:36 Do you help weed the garden? Yeah.
04:39 Very good, Ben, that's awesome.
04:42 Does anybody else have a garden?
04:44 Me.
04:45 You have a garden.
04:48 Well, Travis, do you have a garden?
04:50 We're getting one, this spring we're gonna do one.
04:54 You are? Yes.
04:56 And what are you gonna put in your garden?
04:57 I don't know.
04:59 But you have dirt? Yes.
05:01 This summer, we're probably gonna make a garden.
05:04 What would you like to grow in your garden?
05:06 Corn and some carrots.
05:08 Oh! Corn and carrots.
05:10 I'd like some tomatoes.
05:12 Oh, I love tomatoes.
05:15 I don't know if carrot is a fruit or a vegetable.
05:17 Oh, yes. It's a vegetable!
05:21 And I like cucumbers in my garden.
05:23 Yeah.
05:25 Me three.
05:26 You know what else I like in my garden?
05:30 Watermelon.
05:33 Great, big watermelon.
05:35 Miss Cinda. What?
05:37 Ben said, "Food."
05:39 Oh, he likes food in his garden.
05:43 Good one.
05:44 Okay, do you have all your...
05:46 Oh, Cadence,
05:48 now put some of the toppings in,
05:50 do you want the black beans, and corn, and broccoli?
05:53 You want to put some toppings on?
05:55 Okay. You want me to help you?
05:58 No? Okay.
05:59 Do you want...
06:01 spread and see how see how the boys are doing?
06:04 Can you put some on yours?
06:07 Okay, put it on. Mine's gonna look good.
06:09 Okay, and, boys, while you're doing it...
06:12 That's right, now start like this,
06:15 that's right, and then you're gonna roll it, okay?
06:18 Roll it this way? Roll it this way.
06:20 You want to roll it the long way.
06:22 So turn your plate, Travis, like this.
06:24 Just put it like...
06:26 Because you're gonna roll it this way,
06:27 the long way.
06:28 Very good, Carter.
06:30 Like...
06:31 Right. That's right, roll it.
06:32 Oh, no, no, no, like this.
06:35 Let Miss Cinda help you.
06:36 Oh. Oh, let's spread all that back.
06:39 So you're gonna go,
06:41 here, you take that side, I'll take this side, okay?
06:44 So go like this, now over again and tuck it.
06:48 So you're gonna tuck.
06:50 Oh!
06:52 Yeah, like that.
06:54 And then press down just gently.
06:57 Now what we're gonna do...
06:59 Put your sides in like this.
07:01 Now what we're gonna do is let me give you guys...
07:05 Take a knife and cut it up.
07:06 Yeah, let me give you a knife like this.
07:08 You've got to roll yours first, Travis.
07:10 Well, I'm just...
07:11 You want me to help you roll it?
07:13 Well, I was gonna put some red peppers in.
07:16 Oh, well, let me get you some red peppers then,
07:18 there you go.
07:20 Oh, I like red peppers.
07:22 And Miss Cinda is gonna bake them for you.
07:25 So here, we can put them on the cookie sheet
07:28 and then we'll put them in the oven, okay?
07:31 And then we'll bake them,
07:32 and while they're in the oven baking,
07:33 you can taste the ones I made, okay?
07:37 Miss Cinda. What?
07:39 Oh, you like red pepper. Very good.
07:42 And, Carter, when you're slicing it,
07:45 do it like a sawing motion.
07:47 Look, let me show you.
07:48 Go like this.
07:50 See?
07:51 Because you don't want to...
07:53 If you press down,
07:54 then it squeezes the dough too much,
07:56 so just kind of go like this.
07:58 And then try and pick it up
08:00 without spilling everything in it, okay?
08:02 So you're gonna have to just kind of go like that
08:04 and then set it on the cookie sheet.
08:07 Like that, Miss Cinda?
08:08 Yes, but set it on the cookie sheet like this.
08:10 Oh!
08:13 Okay, you want me to show you again?
08:15 Okay, look.
08:16 I'm gonna go like this,
08:17 and then you just want to gently cut it, okay?
08:21 See how I'm gently cutting it?
08:23 Miss Cinda.
08:24 Oh, I'll help you.
08:26 Let me show, Carter.
08:28 Okay, and then... Here, Carter.
08:32 Then we're gonna pick it up,
08:33 and we're gonna set it on the sheet like that.
08:36 Like that?
08:38 Very good.
08:39 Oh, it's moving.
08:40 And let's... let's push...
08:42 Oh, these are really big ones.
08:43 Ben, can you cut these in half? Okay.
08:45 You need to cut those... real gently.
08:48 These I think will be okay.
08:50 Boys and girls, you don't want to cut them real big.
08:53 Okay, Travis you want me to help you roll yours?
08:55 Yeah. Okay.
08:56 It's kind of hard.
08:58 Well, you have a lot in yours.
09:00 I don't know about this.
09:02 You maybe have too much filling in yours.
09:07 You don't want to get too much.
09:08 Let's take some of this out
09:09 because we're not gonna be able to close it with that.
09:14 Okay.
09:15 There we go.
09:17 Not the potatoes. Oh, not the potatoes.
09:21 You don't want the potatoes out, huh?
09:23 Okay, now let me help you.
09:25 So what you want to do...
09:27 You don't want it real thick, okay?
09:29 You see how big I'm making it? Yeah.
09:32 And you're gonna want to just cut real gently
09:34 like that, okay?
09:35 Do you see how I did it
09:37 so you don't mash your dough down?
09:38 And then you're gonna take it and hold your toppings in.
09:41 And then you're gonna set it here,
09:43 set it on the cookie sheet like that, okay?
09:46 Miss Cinda, I need some help.
09:47 Oh, okay.
09:49 Oh, you have a lot of toppings too.
09:51 Okay, this is too thin.
09:53 So see, boys and girls,
09:55 what happens if you get it too thin?
09:57 You don't... you want them...
09:59 Let's just squeeze this dough back together.
10:01 That's what's nice about dough
10:03 because if we push it back together,
10:05 it'll bake just fine.
10:07 You got it too thin, that was the problem, Carter.
10:09 So let's go like this.
10:13 There, see how that is?
10:16 There, now you can put these on the cookie sheet.
10:19 Would you like to roll yours up,
10:20 Miss Cadence?
10:22 Okay.
10:24 Okay. Candace?
10:25 Cadence, oh, did I say Candace? Oh, dear!
10:29 Okay, here.
10:30 All right, Cadence, here.
10:32 Ready? You want to help me?
10:34 Okay, you take that side.
10:35 Let's roll.
10:37 See how Miss Cinda... Miss Cinda.
10:39 What? Miss Cinda, I'm done.
10:40 Oh, okay, you want to help Travis for me?
10:44 Uh-huh. Okay, roll, roll, Cadence.
10:47 Do you want me to hold it?
10:49 Good job. Now would you like to help cut?
10:52 This stuff. Okay, cut about right here.
10:56 Okay?
10:59 Good job, Cadence.
11:01 Oh, let's go like this, look at Miss Cinda is doing.
11:04 See how I'm kind of sawing it back and forth?
11:07 Can you do that?
11:09 I'll take this one.
11:11 Okay, saw it back and forth.
11:13 Let's put them on the cookie sheet.
11:15 We'll put them in oven, okay?
11:17 Miss Cinda. That's perfect.
11:19 Oh, it's okay, you know what, you can just roll all the...
11:22 You can just roll the ingredients in like this.
11:25 Miss Cinda. See, look, we'll make this.
11:27 We have some cleaning up, right?
11:31 Yes, we do, don't we?
11:33 Yup. There.
11:35 Oh, are you eating the broccoli?
11:38 Are you eating it?
11:39 No, here, I'll help you.
11:41 You want to put this on the cookie sheet for me?
11:44 Wow, Miss Cinda.
11:46 What?
11:48 Okay, let's put it on the... Look.
11:50 Carter, you want to help Cadence
11:52 put this on the cookie sheet?
11:54 And I'll cut.
11:55 Ta-da, trophy.
11:57 Miss Cinda, these olives are good.
11:59 Are they good?
12:00 Yeah, I'm eating all of them up.
12:02 I like black olives.
12:04 Done. Okay.
12:06 Look at how big it is. It's stuck together.
12:09 Oh, dear, we need to separate those a little bit
12:13 because... Oh!
12:14 Oh, dear, boys and girls, we're almost out of time.
12:19 Okay, okay, okay, let me...
12:21 We're gonna get this in the oven.
12:23 Let Miss Cinda put these in the oven.
12:25 Hurry, Miss Cinda, Hurry.
12:26 I'll tell you what, I'll put these in the oven.
12:28 And then we can taste yours?
12:30 And then you can taste, okay? Yay!
12:31 Do you want to...
12:34 And then we'll clean up, okay?
12:36 You want to open the oven for me?
12:39 Okay, let's put it in.
12:40 Don't touch 'cause it's hot, okay?
12:42 Uh-huh. There you go.
12:45 Oh, that was hot. Good job.
12:47 And that was very good that you stood back.
12:50 Okay.
12:51 You want to take one and try it?
12:54 Okay. You guys want to try one?
12:56 All of us are gonna taste at the same time.
12:57 Ready? Ready?
12:59 All right, go. Okay, you can taste it.
13:02 What do you think? Does it taste good?
13:04 Yeah! Yes.
13:06 Does it taste good?
13:08 Uh-huh.
13:11 Isn't that fun making them?
13:13 Yeah?
13:14 And, you know what...
13:16 Miss Cinda. What?
13:17 My grandma and I have made things, close to this,
13:20 I think it's called dumpling.
13:21 Oh, really?
13:23 Oh, that's a good idea too.
13:27 You can make the pinwheels or you could make...
13:30 fold the dough over and make dumplings,
13:31 can't you, boys and girls?
13:33 And, boys and girls,
13:35 if you want to make these at home
13:37 and you really wonder
13:38 what the recipe is and how to make it,
13:40 don't worry, you can just go to our Tiny Tot website
13:43 and we'll have the recipe on the Tiny Tot website.
13:46 And then you can get an adult to help you make it at home.
