00:01 Have you ever wondered,
00:02 exactly how to prepare healthy food
00:04 that actually tastes good?
00:05 Well, stay tuned, while Evita Tezeno
00:07 and yours truly Nyse Collins
00:09 show you just how to do it
00:10 and give you something better,
00:12 A Taste of Paradise.
00:30 Welcome to A Taste of Paradise.
00:32 My name is Evita Tezeno and, you know,
00:34 I have some interesting friends.
00:36 They always are challenging me
00:38 to come up with some new recipes.
00:40 And, you know,
00:41 one of my favorite food is Thai.
00:44 So today, I am going to do a Pad Thai
00:47 that is raw but it's savory and it's spicy
00:50 and it will make you happy.
00:53 Yes, it will.
00:55 So let's check out the recipe:
01:48 So we're gonna start with the sauce first.
01:52 And I don't know if a lot of people have tasted
01:56 Thai food but it has so many different flavors
02:01 and I'm starting off, with the coconut water
02:03 and this comes from the Thai coconut,
02:06 the lime juice...
02:11 have the sweetener,
02:15 salt.
02:18 I love garlic...
02:25 the almond butter
02:27 and, you know, in some Thai dishes,
02:29 they use peanut butter,
02:33 so I'm using almond butter
02:34 'cause peanut butter is roasted.
02:38 It comes from roasted lagoons.
02:41 So we're gonna blend it.
02:54 So now, I am going to show you this wonderful tool,
02:57 it's called a 'Spiralizer.'
03:00 And it's really, really simple,
03:04 you just place this zucchini here
03:08 and you spiralize it.
03:10 You turn it and look at that,
03:13 it's cool,
03:14 it's noodles and you could use this
03:17 in place of pasta for spaghetti.
03:22 Isn't this wonderful?
03:24 This is just great.
03:25 So what we're gonna do,
03:27 is take this spiralized zucchini
03:33 and put it in the bowl.
03:43 We're gonna add in our carrots...
03:48 our ginger...
03:54 our coconut meat from the young coconut,
04:00 broccoli...
04:04 cashews...
04:08 fresh basil...
04:12 and we're gonna just toss it around with our hands.
04:27 And then, we're gonna add this wonderful sauce that we made.
04:47 Give that sauce a round
04:52 and then we're gonna plate it.
05:04 This is great to serve on a summer afternoon
05:10 with some friends.
05:12 This is great to bring to fellowship meal.
05:17 It's a real fresh dish
05:20 that I think everybody will love.
05:25 And there you go, Pad Thai.
05:30 This is been Evita Tezeno
05:33 and remember to live life fresh.
05:44 Wear your food,
05:46 you know, I always talk about it,
05:47 beauty on inside and now literally,
05:49 beauty on the outside.
05:51 We're gonna today,
05:52 see some of the basic things that we all learn to love
05:56 and are accustomed to,
05:58 of how they could be tasty and delicious inside
06:01 but also how they can bless you
06:02 and protect you on the outside.
06:04 So today, we're gonna keep it moving
06:06 because we have a special program.
06:09 And, you know what? I couldn't even do it myself.
06:11 I had to bring in a special guest,
06:12 one of my good buddies and partners and co-laborers,
06:16 his name is non other than, Rico Hill.
06:19 Many may have heard but he is here.
06:21 Rico, what's going on? How are you?
06:22 Good to be here, brother.
06:24 Good to see you. Yes, yes.
06:25 You know, everybody always give me a hard time
06:27 with you today.
06:28 They say, in a couple of years,
06:30 we may look alike.
06:31 I say, "No..."
06:32 You mean that for me, though.
06:34 I'm gonna look alike you, like I get a little older.
06:35 Yeah, that is probably what it is.
06:37 You know, as the years is coming on,
06:39 so I had to take it all off.
06:40 "cause a lot of people see it.
06:41 Yes, yes, yes, yes.
06:43 But it doesn't matter
06:44 but welcome, welcome, welcome.
06:45 Now, Rico, you are the Executive Director of Beehive.
06:50 Now, you notice stuff that hangs out on a tree and...
06:52 No, no, no, no, no.
06:53 'Beehive,' we actually do integrated evangelism.
06:55 We do medical missionary training.
06:57 We do all the things that have to do with food
06:59 and how to food can be used to actually be medicinal,
07:03 how it can help you, how you can be restored.
07:04 Yes.
07:06 A lot of what you also teach with scenario life,
07:08 we do a lot of the same thing with Beehive.
07:09 Very nice.
07:11 And we are in Phoenix, Arizona,
07:12 where we are blessing the people with good health
07:15 and encouraging the people to live stronger.
07:18 Good news.
07:19 Well, that's powerful, you know,
07:20 a lot of times, however, I think...
07:22 When I think about Beehive,
07:23 I think of the queen and stuff like that,
07:25 so I can consider myself a bee
07:27 and I go out and I try to bring good news
07:29 and then point them to Him,
07:30 who alone carries to our Jesus Christ, watch it now.
07:33 Oh, man, that's what...
07:34 But He is the king of king and Lord of Lords.
07:36 You're getting ahead of me, man
07:37 But, man, excellent, excellent.
07:39 And the work is being going well for you over there.
07:40 The work is going very well,
07:42 we're going all around the country,
07:43 sharing this good news,
07:44 helping people to be restored
07:46 and also as you just pointed out,
07:48 showing them Jesus through the health message.
07:50 This is powerful.
07:52 So I'm truly excited,
07:53 when we have co-laborers that works together,
07:56 come together
07:58 and support the work that God has given us to do.
08:00 Now we're talking about wearing your food, you know,...
08:04 That sounds strange, doesn't it?
08:05 A little strange, a little strange, you know,
08:08 I've seen some artists go up on TV
08:11 and do their concert,
08:12 they literally wear food
08:14 but I don't think you're talking about that here today.
08:16 No, we're gonna talk about stakes and hamburgers,
08:18 foolishness like that.
08:19 All right, good news, good news.
08:20 What are some foods now,
08:22 we'll probably get to that
08:23 but when...
08:25 And your ministry, as you share with people
08:26 the importance of healthy lifestyle
08:28 and some natural remedies as you said,
08:30 the medical missionary work.
08:32 When you think of good food, you think of fruits,
08:34 grains and nuts and stuff.
08:36 What fruits in particular,
08:37 are we gonna look at here today?
08:39 Well, there is a few that we're gonna look at,
08:41 but I just wanna point out,
08:42 citrus is amazing, number one.
08:44 And the thing that we really wanna show people,
08:46 this is our point.
08:47 We wanna make sure that people understand that,
08:49 you can actually go right to your cupboard,
08:51 to your refrigerator,
08:53 you can pull things right from there
08:54 and you can use them and help you to get over
08:56 some of the very common basic lifestyle illnesses.
08:59 So today, we wanna hit some of the citrus things,
09:02 so we've got some lemons here,
09:04 we've got some oranges
09:05 but grape fruit is also a wonderful one,
09:07 we don't have that here today but,
09:09 we're gonna focus our attention on the lemon.
09:12 We're gonna work over what's in season
09:13 and not focus on what's out of season.
09:15 And, you know, I'm from Arizona
09:17 and right now,
09:18 and you've got lemons and oranges and grapefruit
09:20 that are popping up everywhere
09:22 and basically this is, you know,
09:25 somebody say this, "I have no backup for it,
09:26 " but they say that when God removed the tree of life,
09:30 you replace it with a lemon tree.
09:31 Oh, mercy, man.
09:32 And I can prove that to you, I can prove it.
09:34 But I'm just saying that
09:36 it would seem as though that might be true because...
09:38 Now why is that?
09:39 Because it has so many different medicinal properties.
09:43 You're right.
09:44 Now we love to have it in our lemonade.
09:46 Amen, right.
09:47 Oh, come on, man,
09:48 now you're talking, now you're talking.
09:50 We like to have a lot of lemonades,
09:51 sometimes we'll sprinkle a little bit over
09:52 or spread it on some salad, right?
09:54 Yes, yes, that's right. Or some other food items.
09:55 But what we wanna talk about is,
09:57 how you can actually wear this.
09:58 Come on, now.
09:59 You don't think I'm strange
10:01 but just give me a couple of minutes to explain, right.
10:02 All right, tell me, tell me.
10:03 Okay, so there are lots of things
10:05 that you can do with the lemon.
10:06 All right.
10:08 Number one, you can take this lemon right here
10:09 and by the way,
10:10 it has vitamin C which is very, very powerful,
10:12 helps to strengthen the immune system
10:15 but which do you think has more vitamin C,
10:18 a lime or a lemon?
10:20 I will say a combination.
10:21 A combination?
10:23 You know, you got to keep it safe.
10:24 Oh, that was slick, man, that was slick.
10:26 Let me tell you since you don't really know.
10:28 Okay. Oh, all right to that.
10:30 That the lemon has more vitamin C than even a lime,
10:34 like 53 micro grams of...
10:38 Per 100 grams of vitamin C to, at the lime 29.
10:42 Wow.
10:43 Right, so this is potent
10:45 and the best way you can get
10:46 your vitamin C is straight from the lemon
10:48 not from a supplement but straight from the lemon.
10:51 So the lemon,
10:52 because it's so high in vitamin C
10:54 and it's a fruit that is acidic, right?
10:58 Yeah.
10:59 So it's a stringent,
11:00 we'll know what do I mean by that.
11:02 When I say a stringent,
11:03 I mean, that you can take this
11:04 and you can actually use it to wash your face.
11:06 Now that may say, sound strange
11:07 but it's not so strange to you,
11:09 when you consider that even your dish washer detergents
11:12 and so forth,
11:13 they have lemon burst and all these kinds of...
11:15 Most of that's marketing. Yeah, yeah.
11:17 But the lemon cuts through grease,
11:18 so it's something that would be good
11:20 for the skin to cleanse, right?
11:23 So it's a good cleanser.
11:24 A lot of those dish washer items,
11:26 they have the lemon on front of it
11:28 and you have that aroma...
11:29 Exactly.
11:30 It's literally, like, lemon is everywhere.
11:32 What they think is... Lot of times you think,
11:33 it's just for the lemon burst or the fragrance,
11:35 the aroma of the lemon.
11:37 But it really has a cleansing agent in it,
11:40 is very solvent and will cut through grease.
11:41 Right. Right, so there's that.
11:43 It is antibiotic, so it would deal with bacteria.
11:47 Right, it is actually anti, it is antiviral.
11:52 So if you've got some virus issues,
11:55 even when you have a cold,
11:56 what do people do? Right?
11:58 Oh, you know it,
11:59 you got to take that lemon, that honey,
12:00 keep it moving...
12:02 Break down the lemon, get some honey, maybe,
12:03 throw in a little bit of garlic, phoo.
12:04 Done then.
12:06 Get a little smelly but still
12:07 you're feeling better the next day, all right.
12:09 Right.
12:10 Better to feel good
12:11 and with a little aroma, you know,
12:13 actually aroma.
12:14 Halitosis. True, yeah, halitosis.
12:15 Let's be scientific about it.
12:17 Halitosis, so anyway,
12:18 so it's antiviral but so even
12:21 when someone might be getting like a cold sore,
12:24 you know, there's a sensitivity that comes
12:26 when you're about to get a cold so,
12:28 I've never had one but some people say,
12:30 there's a little sensitivity that you get around the mouth.
12:32 If you take lemons
12:34 and you have about a eight ounce glass
12:36 of just straight lemon juice.
12:37 Now I want to caution you.
12:38 Listen, you wanna make sure that when you do this,
12:41 you don't wanna just take it and just drink it straight
12:44 because of the acidity in the lemon,
12:47 it will actually begin to peel off
12:49 the enamel of the teeth, right?
12:51 Come on, now. Now you're talking.
12:52 So you have to use a straw,
12:53 bypass the teeth and go straight
12:55 to the back of the throat.
12:56 It's funny because my sister-in-law's
12:57 sister, that adds up there.
12:59 Right.
13:01 She is a dentist and she says,
13:02 "You need to continue to tell those people
13:04 who're just walking around drinking, "
13:05 you know, 'cause everybody,
13:06 you know, now we realize lemon is so good,
13:09 everybody just working on lemon this, lemon that,
13:11 put it in a water and just drinking it,
13:13 she says it is starting to remove
13:15 the enamel from their teeth.
13:17 Exactly.
13:18 So if you are gonna use it, just like you said,
13:19 they go ahead and drink it.
13:21 You want to actually use a straw.
13:22 I'll be using a straw. Yes.
13:24 Bypass the teeth, go back straight to the throat
13:25 and just drink it that way,
13:27 you don't wanna have your teeth falling out
13:28 at age 30, right?
13:29 Amen.
13:31 No, that's not healthy, that's not healthy.
13:32 That's counter productive.
13:34 But let's just take a quick look now,
13:35 so we see...
13:37 We can use it for colds or flus
13:38 or different items of that nature but now...
13:41 And we can probably even use it in a recipe
13:43 and you told me you have something pretty nice.
13:46 Yes.
13:47 The lemon special, a lemon special.
13:49 I use to grow up on these, on these what?
13:52 On these cookies.
13:53 Oh, are you talking about cookies?
13:54 I'm saying, we...
13:56 Maybe, we'll make some today.
13:57 All right. Maybe, work some today.
13:58 You think so? I think we can do that.
14:00 All right, he has the recipe.
14:01 We wanna look at something super special,
14:03 it is the lemon super saver, tasty delicious spice cookies.
14:09 Are we on the same page?
14:10 Well, yeah, yeah. All right.
14:11 Lemon cookies.
14:13 Lemon cookies, all right,
14:14 so we're gonna wear our food, Lemon Cookies.
14:52 Like, you mean, that's it?
14:53 That's all you need.
14:55 Man, I grew up on these cookies,
14:56 if you understand what I'm talking about.
14:58 I use to go...
14:59 They were back then, I don't think you were around,
15:01 you know, since, you know...
15:02 I know, when you're older...
15:03 Back then, they were, like, a literally 50 cents.
15:05 Well, these two to three cookies,
15:07 that was in that nice little yellow packets, I'm sorry,
15:09 I'm promoting a company here so...
15:10 And they had stuff in them that you probably shouldn't eat.
15:13 Am I right?
15:14 I mean, I shouldn't have but I ate them,
15:15 I ate them.
15:17 But now we know better. But now I'm doing better.
15:18 As we know better, we gotta do better,
15:20 so what is the first step?
15:21 What are we gonna do with all of this stuff here?
15:22 So basically, we just have all the ingredients here
15:25 and you'll notice that non of these ingredients
15:27 will bring any harm to the system,
15:28 we got some flour here,
15:31 we've got some pastry flour, we throw that in there,
15:34 we got some good sugar,
15:37 you always talk about good sugar
15:39 on this program, right?
15:40 This is just cane juice, right?
15:41 We've got some of vanilla, right?
15:45 And we just put everything in here, right, right,
15:47 we just put it all together and we always wait
15:50 and hold off with our featherweight.
15:53 So you hold off, you're putting that in...
15:54 You hold off with the featherweight
15:56 because that's what's gonna cause
15:57 the cookies to actually rise.
15:59 And we don't wanna put that in here
16:00 and start mixing that in and until we actually,
16:02 are ready for it at the every end, right?
16:04 Okay.
16:06 But then we have some of this earth balance...
16:08 Earth balance
16:09 which is probably the best one
16:10 you can have out there, right.
16:12 Or...
16:13 Or you can do, use olive oil.
16:14 Olive oil.
16:16 Either one will actually give the cookies,
16:17 a nice buttery taste.
16:18 That's the key right there
16:20 That's the key.
16:21 That's the key, they were lemon cookies
16:23 but it was like lemon butter cookies to me.
16:24 And for a little extra flavor, look at here.
16:26 You know what this is? What's that?
16:28 That's the pineapple juice. Pineapple juice.
16:29 Throw that in there, right? All right.
16:31 Throw that in there,
16:32 I wanna make sure I can get all of my vanilla,
16:33 'cause we want...
16:35 This brother seriously...
16:36 No, I don't play around.
16:37 He's not letting anything gonna waste.
16:39 You know what? I read in the Bible, it says,
16:40 when Jesus said,
16:42 "Gather the fragments, don't let anything be lost."
16:43 So I'm not gonna let anything be lost, right?
16:44 You might as well put the finger in...
16:46 That wouldn't be all necessary, I tell you brother.
16:47 All right. Okay.
16:49 There we go, we start mixing that up, right?
16:52 And it's gonna turn into a nice,
16:54 very doughy consistency.
16:56 Okay, this is almost like we're making a little bread
16:59 or something like that.
17:03 This is the lemon cookies,
17:04 the super lemon cookies that I've always dream.
17:06 I hope this is good,
17:08 'cause you're about to make me a believer here.
17:10 I wanna make you a believer, Nyse.
17:11 It can't have you false advertising, right?
17:15 Yes.
17:16 But...
17:19 So we have that salt there, then we have a couple of...
17:21 It's a salt, yep.
17:22 A couple of other items, so that's the sea salt.
17:24 Remember, anytime we do call for a salt in a recipe,
17:27 make sure that's sea salt.
17:28 This is valuable because it has some minerals
17:32 that are necessary, you know, a lot of people going as,
17:34 no salt stuff and they want to, right two months later,
17:37 you know, their neck is swollen because they're missing out,
17:40 sometimes, on iodine and so if you do choose sea salt,
17:43 make sure you can get the one that has iodine in it,
17:46 this is valuable here
17:47 for proper function of the thyroid gland as well.
17:48 That's right.
17:50 Yeah, you don't wanna use an infurious salt,
17:51 also an infurious salt will cause the body
17:53 to become more acidic rather than alkaline,
17:56 if you get one with this,
17:57 really high in minerals like you just mentioned,
17:59 then you'll always make sure that you have the minerals
18:03 that will keep your body alkaline.
18:05 And we don't want that, so you have the pecans there,
18:07 what if I have walnuts, I can just walnuts as well.
18:09 You can use whatever type of nut, you know,
18:10 but you never can really go wrong with pecans.
18:13 A matter of fact, you know,
18:14 the other day I was driving by
18:16 and I saw this man walking and just rolling this thing
18:18 and I had to pull over and see what he was doing.
18:20 He was under a pecan tree,
18:22 he says, "Man, if you go to the store,
18:24 these things are expensive," he said,
18:26 "I got it for free, straight from the Lord."
18:28 And I did go to store and I looked,
18:29 it was like, 799 a pound,
18:31 so I just say, look out for those pecan trees,
18:33 make sure you get them, gather them,
18:35 you know what I realized the other day as well?
18:37 Acorns, those squirrels would hide enough for a reason,
18:40 acorns are pretty good for you
18:42 and some people actually eat them and so,
18:44 hey, keep a eye out on our,
18:45 study to show yourself approve,
18:47 maybe, we put some acorns...
18:49 I'm not gonna do that,
18:50 you can do the acorns if you want to,
18:52 I'll do that to you and a squirrels.
18:54 Okay, we're gonna get our low tray here,
18:57 give it a little spray at the bottom
18:58 so our cookies don't stick, right?
19:00 Okay.
19:01 And so when do we...
19:03 Now when do we add that featherweight here?
19:06 Just before, that's the very last thing...
19:07 That's the very last thing.
19:09 Just before I go to the oven with it,
19:10 I wanna make sure that I fold in the featherweight.
19:13 And then it goes in and it does its work.
19:15 All right, so we're gonna put that in here,
19:18 I'm gonna just clean up a little bit.
19:20 Are you ready for the featherweight?
19:21 I gotta see this,
19:22 I gotta see what's going on here.
19:24 Look at that, it's like, Wow!
19:25 It is a feather,
19:27 it's all up in the air and stuff like that.
19:28 So we have the featherweight's there.
19:30 We just fold that in. Fold it in there.
19:35 Now it's crucial that we use that,
19:37 what would people use normally instead of, like,
19:41 featherweight or what's...
19:42 They would use baking powder.
19:44 They use baking powder.
19:45 They use baking powder but it has,
19:47 typically, it has aluminum in it.
19:49 And you don't want that, you know,
19:50 and you're gonna find that,
19:52 there's something that
19:53 aluminum is just not something,
19:55 it's very toxic,
19:56 shouldn't be in the body, should not go into the system
19:58 but something else we're gonna talk about,
20:00 also uses a lot of aluminum
20:02 and we have the same sort of solution.
20:05 Okay, all right.
20:06 So we're gonna check this out here
20:07 and another thing
20:09 that you mentioned about the lemon and, maybe,
20:12 acidic on the outside
20:13 but as it passes through digestion,
20:14 it goes ahead and converts and becomes?
20:17 Alkaline. Alkaline, that is amazing.
20:19 Most people will use vinegar,
20:20 vinegar is acidic outside and acidic inside.
20:24 But God in His,
20:25 His all knowing power made the lemon in a such a way that
20:28 it actually balances things out in our bodies as well.
20:31 Believe it or not, also for digestion,
20:33 you can take a little bit of lemon juice
20:35 just before you eat, about 30 minutes
20:36 and it will help with your hydrochloric acid.
20:38 Right.
20:39 So the lemon just does all these powerful things.
20:41 Now my hands are clean. I want you to know that.
20:42 So I'm gonna take your cookies which you're gonna eat.
20:44 I'm just gonna grab some of the cookie dough, right.
20:46 And this is...
20:48 You'll notice that it just,
20:49 it just works just like cookie dough.
20:52 This is a true friend right here.
20:54 Right, right, you don't have to go,
20:56 buy that cookie dough,
20:57 make your own cookie dough and...
20:59 I have to watch it now, I'm sneaking up here,
21:01 I gotta see this,
21:03 I gotta make this 'cause if I learned this,
21:04 I would never have to buy lemon cookies again.
21:06 You don't ever have to do it again.
21:07 I'll try to buy the healthy ones,
21:09 oh, man, everything's so expensive.
21:10 So now, I need to learn how to make this myself...
21:13 Just make them...
21:14 This is the lemon cookie. Yeah.
21:16 They're already, looks like,
21:18 I can't believe this right here,
21:19 all right...
21:21 And if you liked, if you like,
21:22 you know what you can do?
21:24 You can take a little bit of that same sugar,
21:25 that good healthy sugar, that cane juice sugar, right?
21:27 Evaporated cane juice
21:29 and you can actually sprinkle the top of it.
21:31 To give it that,
21:32 you know what I'm talking about?
21:34 No, no...
21:35 I'm talking about that little sugar glaze on top.
21:36 I know, of course, that bakeries and stuff,
21:38 so you can...
21:40 Yes, yes.
21:41 What's one of ways?
21:43 Sometimes, you can blend or dry or something,
21:44 it becomes a little powder.
21:45 You can make it powder,
21:47 yes, by just putting in a nice blender.
21:48 Right.
21:49 Blend it all up
21:51 and then you've got yourself a sort of a powdered sugar
21:52 but I like...
21:54 I actually like the sugar in a raw
21:56 or whatever the case may be,
21:57 the whole sugar to be on it or granulated sugar.
22:01 Now would this cause any problems?
22:03 I mean, I'm thinking it is not a lot of sugar...
22:05 You don't have to.
22:07 You don't wanna flatten it because once we put it in,
22:09 inside it's actually going to spread and open up,
22:12 so you don't to flat it too much...
22:13 I'm making a lemon pattie.
22:14 You're making a pattie, brother.
22:17 Let me just squeeze that in there, okay.
22:19 So what are we gonna do with this?
22:21 We're gonna take this,
22:22 put this in a oven and on what heat?
22:24 How long we can bake it?
22:26 We're gonna put it in the oven,
22:27 on 350 degrees.
22:29 Okay.
22:30 And all you have to do is just put it in for 15 to 20 minutes
22:33 depending on,
22:35 if you got a good convection oven,
22:36 it's a wrap, it'll be done in 15 minutes.
22:38 Sometimes, you know, older ovens or so forth,
22:40 but you've got to watch it.
22:41 You can't just put it in,
22:43 just go off and start, you know,
22:44 watching TV.
22:45 You got to pay attention. No, not on me.
22:47 No, but you'll smell the lemon in the air.
22:48 So let me do this.
22:50 Let me grab some of these here, let me just grab this.
22:51 Put this, I need to get this rolled
22:53 because I need to see also, how we're gonna wear.
22:55 So here's the last one. All right.
22:56 We have a lemon biscuit or a lemon meat ball...
22:59 It's still gonna flatten out to a cookie,
23:00 I promise you.
23:01 All right. I promise you.
23:03 So let me get this rolled in here.
23:04 All right.
23:06 And then we'll take these items,
23:07 put that over.
23:08 Now, we understood real quick, how we're gonna do that,
23:11 we're gonna let that get ready there and oh,
23:13 you actually have some already done.
23:15 This is how they would...
23:17 Mercy, mercy me. Come on now.
23:19 This is the lemon cookies.
23:22 Those are the lemon cookies, yes.
23:24 I think we're gonna have to stop the show right now,
23:26 take a moment of silence
23:27 so I can start eating this one here,
23:29 this is delicious.
23:31 I encourage everybody to try this.
23:32 This is good and will help to restore the system.
23:35 Amen.
23:37 Who knew a cookie can do that for us,
23:38 but now that's just one step
23:40 of the powerful properties of a lemon.
23:44 What we wanna find out is,
23:45 how in the world are we gonna wear our food?
23:49 That's what I claimed, didn't I?
23:50 You did say...
23:51 I said, you can wear... You're gonna do that.
23:53 What am I doing, I'm just, like,
23:54 what am I gonna do with this?
23:56 Well, you take, believe it or not,
23:57 believe it or not,
23:59 you take this lemon, right?
24:00 And actually, don't really wanna use this lemon.
24:04 Because it's a little strong but did you know,
24:07 you're ready for this, Nyse? I'm ready.
24:08 You can take the lemon, brother,
24:11 and you can use it as a deodorant.
24:12 What? Timeout.
24:14 Timeout, wait up, hold up.
24:16 I know it sounds crazy
24:17 but I'm telling you there's no better deodorant.
24:19 This is God's deodorant.
24:21 You mean to clean and then wash up,
24:23 stop and whitening out the house.
24:24 No, no, no.
24:25 Wearing, wearing, wearing.
24:27 I know it sounds crazy but let me tell you,
24:28 for the last five years.
24:31 I have used lemon as a deodorant.
24:34 Not only is it efficient and effective.
24:38 It's really cost effective.
24:40 Are you serious?
24:41 Yes, because all, you know, you don't have...
24:42 Let me see if it works here...
24:44 Am I sure? Hello.
24:48 Wow! that's all.
24:49 That's all, let me just show you how?
24:51 We actually make it,
24:53 it's real lemon juice that you get in the bottle,
24:55 right, because this might be a little strong,
24:57 it may irritate the skin for some
24:59 but if you get the real lemon, like, the real lemon juice.
25:02 That real lemon.
25:03 Real lemon, that's a name brand.
25:04 And this is the way to everybody...
25:06 That's what we have right here.
25:07 We're gonna look at this here.
25:09 Let's make sure
25:10 because I think everybody need to grab a hold of this
25:12 because everybody, sometimes,
25:13 use an anti-perspirant,
25:14 it's always expensive deodorant and stuff.
25:16 Let's check out.
25:17 There is a recipe to Wear our food.
25:19 It's a Lemony Fresh Deodorant, what?
25:30 And you're telling me,
25:32 this is gonna be my deodorant.
25:33 Absolutely.
25:35 I've been using it for the last five years.
25:36 Here's what you need to know.
25:37 A lot of the deodorants that we use are...
25:39 They have aluminum in them.
25:40 Okay.
25:42 And when they have aluminum,
25:43 that's something that's very toxic
25:44 to the system, right?
25:46 Then people buy...
25:47 I guess that's what makes it a anti- perspirant...
25:49 Well, there you go.
25:50 It stops things from perspiring.
25:51 It's...
25:53 But you don't wanna be anti-perspirant,
25:54 you want to be,
25:55 you want the water to perspire...
25:57 Right, that was the purpose, that's the way you clean it.
25:58 Exactly, and it gets clogged
26:00 and people have issues
26:01 but they also have found parabens.
26:02 Parabens in different deodorants,
26:04 are found in a tissue of those who have breast cancer.
26:05 So you wanna avoid that,
26:06 you wanna avoid anything that might harm the system,
26:09 so we take our lemon juice right here.
26:10 I've got about two to three ounces here...
26:12 And you said... I've got some...
26:13 Tea tree oil.
26:15 Some lemon oil,
26:16 I'll just drop some lemon essential oil in there, right.
26:18 Okay.
26:19 Then I take a little bit of a tea tree oil.
26:21 I'll take four drops of this.
26:22 One, two...
26:26 Well, I'm a little generous, brother.
26:27 I'm a little generous. We take it
26:29 and we just stir it or we shake it
26:30 and we just,
26:31 we have a little bottle here, look at this.
26:34 You just take the bottle.
26:36 This is a bottle, this is actually my deodorant,
26:37 right here, 'cause we have a cap,
26:39 it's a roll on but you can pop off the cap
26:41 and just replace it.
26:42 So I'll buy this deodorant somewhere.
26:44 No, no, you just buy the bottles.
26:45 You buy the bottle.
26:47 You buy the bottles,
26:48 you can get them on online or you...
26:49 Some stores have them, like, the health food store,
26:51 you pop off the cap, pour it inside
26:53 and you've got yourself rolled on deodorant,
26:55 it will last a month.
26:56 Sometimes, you can even skip a couple of days.
26:57 Come on, now.
26:59 Why actually...
27:00 Now, you may not like roll on...
27:02 You must be American
27:03 'cause you're trying to keep everybody else away
27:04 or something like that.
27:06 Wow, just like that. Just like that.
27:07 You bought about it, you put it in the end, whoop!
27:09 It's done deal.
27:10 You just rolled it on. Just roll it on.
27:12 Now, how long?
27:14 You see, now this is the biggest question,
27:15 the reason why people wear anti-perspirant and all that,
27:17 of that stuff 'cause they need to make sure,
27:18 it lasts over a day.
27:19 Even the commercials, go ahead and show you this.
27:21 So before we finish it.
27:23 How long is this gonna hold this up?
27:25 That's all marketing with...
27:27 It will last all day, in fact,
27:29 it would even last into the next day.
27:31 So I just take this.
27:32 Just that and if you don't like roll on,
27:34 you can go to spray.
27:35 You can spray it on. Come on, brother.
27:37 Man, maybe, this could be like a perfume or something.
27:40 We need to cut this show and keep it for ourselves
27:42 and put this on a market and sell it.
27:44 I don't know about you all but I'm gonna give this a try.
27:47 This is something simple that everybody can do.
27:49 Yes, it is true.
27:50 You wanna eat your food
27:52 but also what you can do is wear your food.
27:55 Simple things.
27:56 Try a Lemony Fresh Deodorant, make it yourself at home
27:59 while I eat some good lemon cookies.
