It is vast space. 01:02 Sometimes we here at said I'm excited and then. 01:06 >> That's right. God's doing amazing things in in through 01:09 your ministry. 3ABN, especially with prison ministry. As we're 01:12 focused on this hour next. Jason is JD Quinn. Your other 01:18 half was on. Shelley was on, of course, the first hour here. 01:21 But Jay tease, the pastoral department manager. I mean, they're our brothers 01:37 and sisters in Christ to be. We love them. The time to stop 01:40 had an opportunity to actually go in and share time. 01:45 It was the best times I've ever had because, you know, 01:49 we put her pants on the same way. Sometimes we have 01:54 our roads are a little bit different, maybe. But 01:59 boy, we love you. 02:00 >> And they're even prison ministry is thriving. And it's, 02:03 you know, I know your pastoral be also received 3 even prison 02:06 ministry to never grist through there as well. But it's just it 02:09 to me isn't a great aspect of 3ABN, 3. It is all about 02:13 advances in many of you are involved in your own prison 02:16 ministry there in your local church or conference, but 3, 02:18 8, and also has a very thriving in active prison. Mary Berry 02:21 talking about this second hour. Super excited. Some great brand 02:24 new things that are taking place. So, yeah, I'm excited 02:27 about that. That's right. Coming around the table. 02:29 We have. 02:30 >> Pamela Lingle and Pamela, it recently married let's see a 02:34 year the city year year and a half. Yahoo. I'm going of her 02:40 husband. Men could not be here with us this evening of yet 02:42 another obligation. But both you and your husband recently 02:46 went into presence and minister, there is. So we want 02:50 to hear about that, Pamela. I'm sure many hats, one camera 02:55 and flora direct and you do what we call the gene the 02:58 control room. What does that mean? So just in charge of 03:01 putting up those super foods and people's graphics and just 03:06 making sure everything is in order for you guys, when you 03:08 call it out. 03:09 >> And when you say a super that's actually like the name. 03:11 So that means that. Yeah, Pamela Ling, a lot of that 03:14 super cells are all up. That was amazing. And you have to go 03:19 ahead and the G could be stand for very good. 03:21 >> Hold the Yahoo. 03:28 >> But a good, good clarification. Your husband, 03:31 Ben, of course, is in charge of our audio here and he does an 03:34 incredible job. But he many hats to him. He can video at it 03:37 and do other things as well as audio Yahoo in its front. 03:41 >> And your wife Jay is doing well, right? Palmetto. She is 03:46 is we're expecting our first child. So haha. Yeah. That 03:51 having a baby girl. Yeah. The fun. Oh, yeah. I'm I'm 03:56 looking forward to every phase except the dating phase. 03:59 >> He thinking about your baby Girl star today saying I am and 04:04 how I'm going to mandate that young man. 04:09 >> Yeah, it's super happy for you to team for the Lord. 04:13 And again, it's just great. You know, we can have families 04:15 we're talking about and showing, of course, to your 04:17 wife and then family, her husband then. And it's just 04:20 great to be able to be a part. The ministry of 3ABN, built a 04:24 minister for the Lord. Again, this call centers open this 04:27 evening. And in case you are heard about is talking about 04:29 the spotless book that you can get this evening. The call 04:32 center is open and this book is incredible. You can get 40 of 04:36 these books for $35 shipped to you here in anywhere in the 04:40 United States of America. It's an incredible witnessing 04:43 opportunity in the call. Center is open this evening. 04:45 That number is 618-627-4651. Or you can go to our website, 04:51 Joe and show you mentioned that in the first hour you can go to 04:53 the website 3 Min DOT TV. Go to the store. Just scroll 04:56 down a little bit netbooks right there. You can order it 04:58 online. So makes it super simple. But a great way to to 05:02 do evangelism in your local community. 05:05 >> Tonight on second R we're talking about prison ministry 05:08 and kind of the kick this off. This is I like lists. You all 05:12 know that. I kind of like to delineate my mind when I think 05:15 about Reagan's prison ministry. I think about a three-pronged 05:19 approach. One prong is correspondents. This is Bibles 05:23 being mailed into prisons. This is literature. This is 05:28 answering their biblical questions in writing them 05:30 letters that all falls under pastoral prison ministry and JT 05:33 is going to be sharing about that. The second prong, I think 05:36 up is programming that we do in prisons. So Pamela is going to 05:41 talk about that and I'm everyone else, too. But 05:44 specifically the programs that we create with prisoners, 05:47 unshackle purpose would be an exam one, Jason, and or the 05:51 things that we do there with prisoners. And then the 3rd 05:54 aspect is 3ABN programming that goes into the prison because, 05:58 yes, this would be the inter less box system where prisoners 06:02 and when they're in their cell where they can watch 3 D in 06:05 programming. So one way is how they can participate in the 06:07 program in another way is ascending our programming into 06:10 the prisons. And the last way is the Bible's they're in 06:14 prison. So 06:15 it's multifaceted because we want to use every avenue that 06:20 we have to reach prisoners with the Gospel. I'm thinking JD 06:26 lets start with you because this aspect in prison ministry 06:29 probably started first. I think what the Bibles in the court 06:32 agrees with a dozen or started years ago with Sister Grace 06:35 Yost, who's our stingy years. But talk to us about the 06:40 ministry of reaching out to prisons. 06:43 >> Well, it's just 06:46 it was a baby started off as a baby. I remember exactly what 06:49 ever happened to Gray shows. She kind of took care of us 06:52 guys 06:53 at that particular time of somebody, senator questions. 06:57 So she took care of that for us. And during that time, 07:01 there was a gentleman that was an artist, gifted artist. 07:04 And he started communicating with a 07:07 grace and and then he wanted the Bible. We didn't really 07:12 have any Bibles at that particular time. We're going to 07:15 go back probably thus a 15 year. Yeah. And so 07:21 she had an older Bible at home. 07:24 So she brought it in sent to that room and then take long. 07:28 There came another requests, another requests, another 07:31 request. And that leads us to where we are today. Today. 07:36 We're buying Bibles. We're purchasing by both. You are 07:40 purchasing bottles for 3 ABM and the thousands. Yeah. 07:45 If I can just take one shot in one 0nd. This is the number of 07:49 drivers. This is the number of Bibles that one out and 2020 to 07:56 2022 we sent out the 2 are 23. This is 2022 okay. We sent out 08:06 Bibles 08:08 4,000 Bibles. 08:09 >> Wow. That's incredible. And that's all free of charge 08:13 to the prisoners and 08:14 >> they are requesting those from us 2023 we've sent out. 08:22 >> 5,000 Bible. Wow, a mall. 08:26 >> Because the people requested. These are the top of 08:29 letters that we may receive. First, I want to thank you. 08:33 And this is from this is for a month 08:36 our Precious brothers and sisters in Christ. First, 08:40 I want to thank you for the Andrew Study Bible. Currently 08:43 we have 3 different Bibles. This is Andrew Study Bible, 08:46 fantastic Bible with all of the fantastic work Senate. 08:50 I want to thank you for the Andrew Study Bible and my study 08:53 guides. I think that you might have mentioned the study, 08:56 guys. They go hand in hand, OK, 08:59 and I am working on lessons one to 15 right now. I don't know 09:04 if you could understand how much he's helped me as time 09:07 goes by. I love to dive into the study, guys and slowly work 09:12 through each section at a slow pace. 09:15 >> I'm hungry for chases time. 09:19 >> Yeah, that's that's incredible. When you think 09:21 about that, you're just saying 4,020 20 to 5,020 23 and the 09:28 incredible and I'm like JT says it's you because we receive 09:33 $10 100 1000 10,000, and people you all love prison ministry 09:38 with 3. Even he's doing it in his ball was out because like 09:40 you said, very nice by was these are not just time. 09:42 These are newsprint Bible. The can barely read. These are 09:46 very nice study. Pfizer absolutes, the revenue study 09:49 Bible. 09:50 >> What we really like about the room, the study bible says 09:52 God helps. And it also that most white shield, she helps 09:56 pronounce. It explained a little bit more. This Andrews 10:00 and reuses are simply add that this seminary and that they're 10:05 the ones that put these out and the works are absolutely 10:08 fantastic. In just the right note in their study study helps 10:13 that he helped. These are the Bible said are the new kid on 10:16 the block. These are coming from sophocles and so excited. 10:21 I'm in the quality Bibles and it's got all the help center 10:25 thing in the back and everything it said explains it. 10:29 And of course, we're so excited about this right here. And I 10:32 think that you are 40 talked about this. This is the Bible 10:36 study guides that goes out with each one of the Bible's 10:40 current. 10:41 Let me just read this to you. I mean, this is now that we've 10:45 5,000 of these went out last year, but that's not all that 10:49 goes out because we had close to 10,000 10:54 pieces of literature, pieces of literature. That law also place 10:57 a literature is not just a piece of paper something like 11:01 this. It could be 11:04 I would like to thank the thank you for the books that I've 11:07 already received, that this is from Jody Reese from you 11:12 patriarchs and prophets patriarchs and prophets about 11:15 this that coming. This is a fantastically source cross 11:20 object lessons in the side of a just a great controversy. 11:24 So whenever we say literature, it's 11:27 books, its books and I mean, absolutely fantastic book like 11:32 blocked Aretha. You may be one more hit or first I would like 11:36 to thank you for sending May the remnant study Bible. 11:40 Remember the other was Andrew said no. This is the remnant 11:42 study that will run here. The additional information 11:46 added by IGi White and the added study material in the 11:49 front and back of the Bible. His help, 11:52 he's helped me better understand the messages and 11:56 information provided and the word 11:59 and not only had the with them came the book education and 12:04 thoughts from the Mount of Blessings. And so 12:08 absolutely 12:10 fantastic minister. Yes, because sometimes 12:16 they have the time that they can actually dedicate to being 12:20 a true student of the word. And now they're getting groups 12:25 together because people want to know more about Jesus because 12:29 it's got that enough help Senate that they can understand 12:33 and they can break it down. And then you'll add on to that, 12:37 too little bit of how everything piggy backs piggy 12:40 backs and cause particular place. That's right. And so one 12:43 let one more thing real quick because another letter from 12:46 another letter, Serena, that's fan Tom, My name is Kenneth, 12:51 a brother that I work with are safe. One of your ribbon study 12:54 Bibles. I have been reading scripture for a while now but 12:58 have never saying a Bible with such explanations and your room 13:02 as yours are under study Bible. Please answer my prayer and 13:06 send me a room and study about a mile. It's amazing these 13:11 letters have come in. No, 13:13 I'm 45 years old when the Bible all my life. But I never no one 13:18 has ever given may one. And so we're not sitting here. Well, 13:23 you know, you've got to jump through 3 hoops said, but up to 13:26 block 3 times we might we might send you a Bible if they want 13:31 to buy with a more learn about cheese. And yeah, we with 13:34 that's what we're here for fame. And I just want to brag 13:38 quickly because of our department. 13:41 I mean, 13:44 if you if you have not picked up yet 3ABN, is a true 13:49 workhouse. 13:52 >> People work hard work, hard, dedicated. 13:55 >> And so we're not just sitting back there. All hope 13:59 something comes. We I mean, this is 1, 1, 1, They mended. 14:07 They just saddened by these numbers. You can tell 14:13 last year the total contact. We went out with literature. 14:18 41,440 troops. 14:21 >> And 2023 2020 through the Civic Lee for inmate. Yes. 14:27 >> Strictly for him. And so it's amazing. It's amazing what 14:31 goes on in our little department. Now, you move over 14:35 there and this little department, you go over here, 14:38 there's little department and then we're production company. 14:43 This is the thing. You know, I was going to say this is the 14:46 hobbies are not hobbies. But this is the side that add 14:50 on to. 14:51 >> 3 Angels broadcasting note a huge aspect, actually 3 of his 14:55 prison ministry, 3 of them passed through ministries. 14:58 It's absolutely phenomenal. And like it was mentioned for 15:00 the bout was going out. That's a lot 5,000. But that's a lot 15:03 because that these are packaged up and then look to go to the 15:06 call center. That post is put on them. Whatever piece of 15:09 literature, then they go out and we could not do this 15:13 without you. 15:14 It's amazing to me that touches my heart because I see a lot, 15:17 of course, Ponce. A lot of stuff that comes through 3 15:19 being far as donations on many different size donations. 15:22 And it's amazing prison ministry 15:24 prison Ministry prison ministry. Well, now, you know 15:27 how that funds, how those funds are being used. We take it all 15:30 seriously. 100 1% goes right into prison ministry from 15:32 Bible, the literature to postage to all the stuff that 15:35 goes out and is free of charge. These inmates and many of them, 15:37 like you said, have been longing for literature for 15:40 material and now they finally get it and they don't have to 15:42 pay for anything and and their and their lives are being 15:45 changed. What's incredible to as you we hear the stories, 15:48 the inmates with their life has been changed, changed. Then 15:51 they form their own Bible study group in the prison and that 15:54 ripple like you throw a stone into a pond and gets bigger and 15:57 bigger grows and grows and grows in the prison. 16:00 Then sometimes the prisoners, those that are incarcerated, 16:04 they get moved to another prison or jail and then they 16:06 start that ripple in that place. So it's just neat how 16:09 God makes us grow and go. And it's just just great. 16:11 Thank you for what you're doing. A great job. 16:14 >> I like to end with this right here because I do believe 16:17 this with all my heart she says is coming. So, yeah, that's 16:21 right. A lot of activity right now in the spiritual aspect of 16:26 things. Yes, there's a lot of junk going on out there. 16:30 Line is being drawn in the same number is. And so it is a high 16:35 responsibility. If someone wants of a closer walk with 16:39 Jesus or who is this Jesus, I heard about my whole life. 16:44 It is our responsibility and we take it very seriously to 16:47 share. So we do if you have, 16:51 if the Lord to the aid of the Holy Spirit is prompting your 16:54 heart 16:55 3ABN is available is good and bad. We're only a Muslim boy. 17:01 This is a tough thing I'm going to say we're only 17:05 we're the pen and the phone. Yeah, that's the bottom line. 17:09 Our play this pool and your plates are full. But the Lord 17:14 bless this is all in a different way that the Lord 17:18 touches your heart to assist this ministry. 17:22 >> Please don't hesitate follow his lead because you're not 17:25 going out. You have got things good in calls right now at 6, 17:28 1, 8, 6, 2, 7, 4, 6, 5, 1, in say yes, I want to support 17:33 prison ministry at 3ABN, I want my brothers and sisters who are 17:38 incarcerated, who are lost and alone without hope and help in 17:42 Jesus. Those who are desperate seeking for answers or 17:46 forgiveness or truth. And the word if you want to support 17:50 that, you can call us right now. You can go online 3, 17:53 A B and DOT TV and you just click on the donate tab. 17:57 And the Code for Prison Ministry is for 36. So you can 18:00 donate that way as well. JT referenced the Bible study, 18:04 guys and you and your team. I just want to say doing an 18:07 amazing job. What an incredible team we have upstairs and 18:10 pastoral an impasse. Tora Prison Ministry, these Bible 18:13 study, guys, we've talked about them before theirs. 14 lessons 18:18 in this first set 18:20 and we are making them available for prisoners. 18:23 So we're ordering a special set without the staples so that 18:27 then some of the prisons will except with the staples. 18:31 But some of them say they won't accept it. So in order to make 18:34 it across the board for it can go into any prison or jail. 18:38 And the United States, we've ordered a special set that have 18:40 the glue binding and those will be coming here. They're being 18:44 shipped in the next couple weeks from China. And then they 18:46 have to take the shipment over here and then we'll have them 18:49 available and we can build tribute them to the prisoners. 18:52 But, Pamela, let's come the up and up. So you were with Van 18:56 just last week and you took with Leno Vegan Christmas 19:00 behind bars 5,000 of these, but they weren't all assembled and 19:05 put together. So talk to us about what happened. Sure. 19:07 So when we got there, there was a room 19:10 and there were about maybe less than 15 men that were there and 19:17 they were all helping in the line and just going through 19:21 each person took one after the other and they were getting 19:24 into the next person and they're packaging them and 19:27 they're putting in boxes and they're excited. Haha, because 19:30 they're all going to other prisoners that they're able to 19:33 get the 2. So it was a teamwork effort. 19:36 >> With all of them at the table and they're smiling and 19:39 just excited. Very excited to see living side. It's a kind 19:42 like an assembly line. Yeah. Haha full packed like I don't 19:46 know how to 85200 in a case like love lesson. One of less 19:50 than 2. Less than 3 of last. Unfortunately going to pick up 19:53 with someone. Listen to the yeah. Working in through a a 19:58 there's incredible video because we're going to want to 20:00 look at a number of videos from the testimonies when when you 20:03 all were there should be go to that one video where they're 20:05 packing the lessons do want to go to that. Went out, OK, 20:07 let's go to that. You should mention before we get this 20:10 behind the scenes, a little relax. Haha. Vague with 20:14 Christmas behind bars. Was there opened up that door to 20:16 get into the jail there the prison to up to make this 20:20 happen. Ops? Incredible. We love brother. Let me yeah. 20:22 And Christmas behind bars. We support him. Joan, I 20:25 personally I'm sure many of you all do, too, but he was there 20:28 and just does an incredible work with prison ministry and a 20:31 great support. 3, a B n's prison ministry as well. 20:35 But there's a really great role that you Pam and then did your 20:38 husband. And let's go to that right now. 20:41 [MUSIC] 20:46 [MUSIC] 20:51 [MUSIC] 20:56 [MUSIC] 21:01 [MUSIC] 21:03 >> You at home have now had the opportunity to see our friends 21:07 who are in prison actually assembling these lessons. 21:11 They put 14 of these in each one of these nice packages. 21:15 And for you at home, we asked you can order these to send in 21:19 your community to your friends, to your Bible study group, 21:22 to your prayer group. So you can actually order you a case 21:26 now they're not going to be put together by our friends behind 21:29 bars because the work they've done here today, we are going 21:32 to go to other prisons. But you can order these at home. 21:35 Get your set. There's 10 in the case, pick up the phone and 21:38 call the day and get us an order that you can start an 21:41 evangelistic ministry, maybe not behind bars but to bring 21:45 hope to darken dying world after all. That's what 3ABN is 21:49 all about. Bringing hope and healing 21:52 to broken people. 21:53 [MUSIC] 21:58 [MUSIC] 22:02 >> Now Haman then. Yeah, incredible footage, right? 22:06 Jamie has done a lot of prison ministry work but to see the 22:08 those incarcerated right there. Yeah. Bars putting the lesson 22:12 packed together. Yeah. This is really giving them a sense of 22:15 purpose to they're doing something for 22:18 other people that are in their situation. And I think it's 22:22 it's really beneficial for. 22:23 >> Everyone who is involved in that? Yes, yes, we love 22:27 brother. Let me also appreciate the partnership between 3ABN 22:30 and Christmas behind bars in the so exciting. Think 5,000 of 22:34 these are now put together and they'll be distributed to other 22:38 inmates within the prison and the prisoners put them 22:40 together. So Pam Tacos, what was it like? This is your 22:44 second time going yes behind bars. If what is it like going 22:47 there and how does it impact your life? 22:49 So if for some the first time and I want folks pretty nervous 22:54 has e-mail, you go there and you know what to expect. 22:57 >> But a lot of them are so open to listening. And there 23:02 are those few that are more 23:05 stand-offish and that's okay. 23:08 But being there was such a blessing. I really enjoyed 23:12 watching them, put everything together and they were so 23:14 willing to do that. And 23:17 whenever I leave there the past 2 times, what it was there and 23:21 I left, I just felt like 23:23 I was such a big part in something of other people and 23:27 just sharing God's love that, you know, treating them with 23:30 kindness and just being loving to them chose that they're 23:34 cared for their loved one, especially by God. He loves 23:37 them. And despite the mistakes, we all miss him and just being 23:43 there is yet to. So how will it be from? 23:46 >> And so then so it kind of it because we're going go to some 23:49 testimony because you all shot the recorded a couple of 23:52 testimony from some of the inmates there. But to your day 23:55 started about like 8 o'clock right there when putting all 23:58 these lessons together with the those that are incarcerated and 24:01 went to about what, 12, 1 o'clock, it was not on this one 24:04 in almost one. So there's some of these 5,000 sets in a hurry. 24:07 Yeah, they were could. 24:09 >> When they were packing them up and then they were super 24:13 excited to be recorded and they were asking like quick and we 24:17 see this and when can we see it in her family's Watson is not 24:21 what they can really cool, that they were excited. 24:24 >> So some of that estimate may be set up one of the testimony, 24:26 which when you want to go to a first. 24:28 >> Sure. I think Jacob, we should do first is a little bit 24:31 longer. But he was Superman says yes. Accuse one asking 24:34 like when can my family see it? But he was was really cool. 24:38 And each of the interviews was 24:41 they had all been able to view the lessons. So they talked 24:44 about which one impacted them the voting. And I think that is 24:48 really cool because they actually got to see them and 24:51 study them. And so for some of them, it was about their 24:54 families and 24:55 >> things like that. So, yeah, okay. So yeah. Let's go to 24:58 Jacobs interview right now. 25:00 [MUSIC] 25:03 >> My name is Jacob pendulum here, but the bulk collection. 25:05 So we just want to take a 3ABN broadcasting ever for giving us 25:09 the opportunity to give back. They provide these more 25:13 football Bible studies that they've given us to be able to 25:15 help package. You get back to go. The people in different 25:17 states to help them have a little bit of hope in your life 25:21 are personally gave my heart to Jesus Christ 10 years ago. 25:24 And I have not looked back. It's only because of God's 25:27 grace are here today to be able to be just celebrate 10 years 25:30 of sobriety. I've got my bashers, you Christian 25:33 education, co-workers, my master's degree and without got 25:37 in my life, I would not be able to be able to stand here and 25:40 not only give my testimony will be able to want to sit here and 25:44 try to help others to think really particular as I was 25:48 looking over, these studies is one wells in the county jail. 25:52 If it went for studies like this, I would never have taken. 25:54 The first steps are needed in order to get back on the path 25:57 to a need to not only clean up my life, but it's over. So the 26:01 battle for you and one really spoke to me because God be with 26:07 us tonight are the come get me. And without that, I would be 26:11 broken. Still. I thank God that he would be enough to not only 26:15 down across from me, but the church for me. I also want to 26:18 say that without God's love, liberty has tried to vote for 26:23 that. I would have no freedom over my barges or my sickness 26:27 is over my addictions. And I would be able to repair bridges 26:30 with my family. So I started a word with you every day. 26:33 Now with the help myself, but to help others as I push for an 26:37 award for Jesus Christ. 26:39 So thank you. 3ABN from a stop or 2. 26:43 [MUSIC] 26:46 >> Lord put profit testimony. Pam. Her touching they earned 26:51 his bachelor's degree asked. There's The Curious. Yeah. 26:57 And starting the word of God did this is not so yeah, 27:00 it's incredible. And God given Victor, her addiction, yes, 27:03 10 years Friday that a long time. 27:07 >> You know, sticks out to me to just see the excitement, 27:09 how excited he was to be helping other people with 27:11 advances with these lesson guys. Conviction to be 27:14 something I think about. You know what 27:16 technically in a sense free, right? I'm not behind bars like 27:19 they are. But I excited about evangelism in doing my best to 27:24 share this with others. I hate to say the Times I'm not. 27:27 And now that the review to me. So, Jacob, why would a powerful 27:30 testimony? And I think it's both to you, too, at home. 27:33 And I want to tell you that this evening, the call center 27:35 is open. You know, and when you mentioned there are a few 27:37 minutes ago, get out and get involved yourself. We have 27:41 these lesson study guys available. We have like we 27:43 mentioned a prison version, but we also have the regular Bible 27:45 study said that you can get involved in maybe a bible study 27:48 or maybe just your own walk of the Lord. You know, you want to 27:50 go through these personally yourself and your own privacy 27:53 of your own home. And then once you feel comfortable like, 27:56 you know, I want to get more of these and share these with my 27:58 church with my local community with a mean Bible studies. 28:01 Opportunities are all around us all the time. So. 28:04 >> I was kind of get off my soapbox ahi, Jake incurred. 28:09 That incurs great test. And that was a very testing. 28:12 >> Yes, I love. How about when Daniel parent wrote Isaias, 28:15 the first lesson being on the great controversy? You know, 28:18 that battle for us in. That's so important because there's a 28:22 battle for one. So they're real and we need to make a decision 28:27 Tuesday this day you will serve. So as you referenced a 28:30 Bible lessons, I just want to say you can download them for 28:32 free at meetings website right now. If you want to get 28:36 involved in Bible study or you can order them, it's $25 28:42 suggested donation for 10 of the set and that includes the 28:46 shipping. So you can meet that. That's incredibly Dora. 10 sets 28:50 in use. Impala City guides in your community ham. Talk to us 28:53 with another role we want to look. 28:55 >> Sure. The second one of I don't remember his name. 28:59 Oh, he also was just super excited about. 29:03 He said it was important because of his family and just 29:08 ending it with his family. You remember what you hear it. 29:11 But he was super excited and so that it meant a lot to him. 29:16 >> You know, good this go to then roll number 2 and enjoy 29:20 this testimony, too. 29:23 >> I've actually look through some of these. And the one that 29:26 really sticks out to me is being in prison and 29:28 incarcerated one. The very few things that we have a chance to 29:31 do is work on ourselves and our image for, you know, whatever 29:35 purpose that we may have. And the best thing that I could 29:38 think of was the diet plan and healthy living suggestions that 29:42 are given and the vinyl and put both in number 7 Bible study 29:46 number 7 comes up with a lot of really good ideas. It just 29:49 reminds us of what's good for our body and there is no better 29:54 way to 29:56 where should I think then too provide a good template. 30:01 Whenever I got incarcerated, I Cain and re read the Bible and 30:06 recommitted my life and have accepted Jesus as my Lord and 30:09 savior once again. So reading the Bible is really helped me 30:12 focus and read position my life and give me a new direction. 30:17 I'm putting these pieces together and trying to get back 30:20 so that somebody else can we see the same kind of 30:24 inspiration the 19. 30:26 So once again, thank you for giving me this opportunity. 30:31 >> And what joy on their faces, right? And he wants to give 30:34 back as well. Yeah, I love that. He talked about study 30:37 number 7, which is called a healthy you and it's all about 30:41 how God wants our bodies to be his temple. 30:45 >> And it starts by giving back home in a very everybody needs 30:49 to get back. Why is that important? Well, 30:53 it's being I don't know if less isn't that now? Certainly wish 30:57 I have just just personally learned over the years that you 31:00 just you're blessed beyond measure, just blessed, you 31:04 know, because you've done something that 31:07 that's right. The right thing to do is to be able to share 31:13 come back. 31:15 >> You know, I've heard I've heard in the past that one of 31:18 the quickest ways to get over depression is to help somebody 31:21 to do something good for somebody, some charitable work. 31:25 And so, you know, seeing them and giving back it, we don't 31:30 know what the their experiences are, what what their experience 31:33 has been like. 31:35 But that now they have the opportunity to introduce 31:38 somebody to life. Yeah. He turned to a U turn a life which 31:42 is, you know, one when you talk about life and sometimes when 31:46 we start having these conversations, we have be 31:49 mindful of what we're saying because in the context of 31:52 confinement, you don't typically want to hear life, 31:56 correct? You know. But but in this instance, we're talking 31:59 about introducing them to Christ and, you know, helping 32:04 them find eternal life and victory. 32:06 >> And Christ as best powerful. Yeah, sure is. Absolutely. 32:10 We have another one more testimony. These are great. 32:13 Thank you for you. Been doing that. Yes. You got a great job. 32:15 Thank you. 32:17 >> If the last one was very similar to just 32:21 I can move carefully foot this. He was the one that was super 32:26 excited about ending it with this family. OK, good. All 32:29 right. Let's go to roll number 3. 32:33 >> Hello, my name is Richard. Find working with 3, 8, in 32:37 packaging up pamphlets to the pass out to offenders in 32:42 Florida. 32:45 >> The one that I read that in the dorm that really resonated 32:47 with me was packed with 6 were was talking about was well with 32:51 using God's principles that have a relationship with my 32:54 family, which for me is a big deal. I know. 32:58 And living life Saab live a burn. A lot of bridges with far 33:02 less of a family. And that's one thing I really want to 33:04 repair. 33:06 The reason I'm doing this is because I want to give back to 33:08 people. I don't want what kind of change that people's 33:11 mentality that, you know, the one prisoner dissing here, 33:15 do whatever you don't really care about, more sure, Mark, 33:18 feel remorse for what they've done in the past. So 33:21 that's why I'm doing this. 33:22 [MUSIC] 33:26 >> So touching, you know, so it's so excited about what 33:29 they're able to do to help others, but also what they're 33:32 learning in the study, guys, too, which is this absolutely 33:34 fantastic. And, you know, he touched on the family, too. 33:38 >> You know, I had the opportunity. This is 7 years 33:41 ago to do a film industry with the woman here in the Benton 33:45 County Jail locally. We did that for 5 years going in on a 33:48 Monday night in ministering to the woman. I think one of the 33:51 biggest concerns for the woman there was family. My kids did 33:55 say to my kids, never forget one woman saying, Joe, would 33:58 you take my kids? You know, I just I'm here and I can't take 34:02 care of them in. I'm just brokenhearted because those 34:05 relationships are so broken like this gentleman, we just 34:08 heard but praise the Lord. He can bring healing and he can 34:11 more commend. Even if we've made mistakes, he can still 34:14 work to mend those bridge. 34:15 >> I'm absolutely yeah, you know, Pam, you know, this is 34:20 and we just appreciate, of course, you've been there all 34:22 the employees here. 3 Avian royal family working together 34:25 for one cause one goal. But I didn't hear you all. 34:28 You can complain, least to us to 45 in the morning, driving 34:34 up there, you know, getting all the shots and everything. 34:36 And then you actually were there to record and get these 34:39 testimonies. But what was to me was a really beautiful thing is 34:42 that the union has been I know you're trying to record it, 34:45 but did a little worse. It may be served to go into the role 34:48 that maybe we can roll that. Let's talk to us a little bit 34:50 about that as we roll this be ruled now. Sure took place 34:53 there. 34:54 >> Absolutely. So when you called him and he's like, 34:56 then can you bring a guitar bands like sure. And when we 35:00 got there, he is like we're going to worship. 35:03 And then as always, Willie. So he was like sure. So he 35:06 spoke with lineal and been found that Amazing Grace was 35:10 the best song for them showing God's grace and the chains are 35:14 broken and that God can set them free. And so they were 35:17 sitting there and singing and most of the inmates were 35:20 enjoying it singing with them as well. You can see the yeah. 35:23 I'm talking about the empty chair. Yeah. The empty chair 35:26 was for someone who feels like they're lost and there's always 35:29 a seat for them not as always came up with. And that was such 35:34 a bust. A move. 35:36 >> Yes, thank you for not only just going and recording and, 35:39 you know, getting this to me, which is so important and also 35:42 being willing to Mister, was that in this as well, having a 35:45 worship service and with him, you know, that's what it's all 35:48 about rights. But giving back like you're talking about the J 35:50 D no being selfless and being willing to share. 35:54 >> With others. But I think you you're not just going to take 35:58 just a second age and ministry is a liberal is a great 36:03 example. You know, let me made some mistakes. When he was a 36:06 young young man, we ends up behind bars and 36:11 no one paid any attention. You know, Christmas time would 36:15 comment. 36:16 Nothing that the U that he just, you know, he made a 36:20 covenant with the Lord. Lord, You'll Get me out of here. 36:25 I'll do better. 36:27 I want to get back in. And he kept his word 36:32 and he didn't have anything got out. Still didn't have 36:35 anything. But he would say there's little candy bars that 36:38 people give him and then here turn around and he'd go to the 36:42 local jail. I'd like you had to have something to give to those 36:46 on. No what it's like to not have anyone in your life. 36:52 That's been 20 years now. I mean, this is unbelievable. 36:57 But we mentioned you cannot give God. Yeah. He made a 37:00 covenant. Now he goes and gets Carloads. Can truckloads semi 37:07 team where you are low and 37:11 handed out? Yeah. He's probably sick and tired and sick and 37:16 tired of Kaine, D but they made a confident 37:21 want them to have coach. This is what a promise that I 37:24 would do. And I know that we have people call in to us that 37:29 they are brokenhearted, that they don't know what to do. 37:32 And as we just mentioned, Paula, go, you know, 37:36 I can't tell you how to live your life. Some guys do you 37:39 self. 37:40 But I have found that that if you can turn around and go 37:44 down, maybe go the hospital said being volunteers, maybe go 37:48 to the county and say, hey, is there something that I could do 37:52 and see how the doors open up make yourself available? 37:57 Absolutely. 37:58 >> You know, talking about these Bible study, guys, 38:00 and we're just so excited about the bus to the guys. Joe was 38:03 mentioning about about the whole brand new prison version 38:07 of these, which basically is the same study. Guys, there's a 38:10 couple things on the back page. We've changed a little bit 38:12 about 38:13 how they can reach out and get further help. But is that 38:16 right? 38:17 >> That would be correctly. We changed a couple of the 38:19 offers to that would mean more appropriate, something that 38:22 would resonate more with the church. 38:24 >> And so they're they're coming without staples because 38:26 we found some prisons won't allow the Bible study guys into 38:29 the prison because of the staples. With that, OK? So we 38:32 found the praise. The Lord for softly has been on the find a 38:36 publisher printer that can actually print them and a glue 38:38 binding such a Thin magazine for a very reasonable price. 38:42 You know, those criteria, right? They can do to move on. 38:44 But for a reasonable price with the beautiful envelope because 38:48 I was the other thing to lets him behind bars and send them 38:50 everything's very nice all of that. They can keep them in 38:54 when they're studying the Bible. But we're getting as Joe 38:56 mentioned 100 38:58 and 25,000 sets. That comes out to 1.7 million study guides. 39:07 Wow, we need your help because they're coming both pack in the 39:13 boxes like you saw him and then got this footage. We're going 39:17 to have close to know. This is what they need. Your help 39:20 because right around 03:00AM in Camden Time. We talked about 39:22 the first hour June 5 through 8, hopefully by God's grace. 39:26 We will actually have these new study guides here both pack and 39:30 we need help of people putting together less than one to 3 for 39:34 5 of the 14 stuff and then Dumbo putting them into a box. 39:38 And so we'll need your help. So, Jill, the best way for 39:40 people, they're going to come a little early before Kamin say 39:43 may become a week or 2 before casting, especially if you have 39:45 an RV. That's perfect because you can just parking army out 39:48 your spot, 39:49 help us. But the study guys together and then you go right 39:52 in the camp many. But what's the best way to let us know? 39:54 I would call us. 39:55 >> The call right now. You can give us a call at 6, 1, 8, 39:58 6, 2, 7, 4, 6, 5, 1, When you Reserve your RV spot, you can 40:03 just say I want to volunteer in. I want to come early early 40:06 in this way. We can just jot your name down and be prepared 40:09 for you to come early and help us in the call center putting 40:12 the study got and volunteering. So call us at 6, 1, a 627-4651. 40:19 Or you can always send us an email male and May I L F 3ABN 40:23 DOT TV. That's mail at 3ABN DOT TV in. You can just say I'm 40:28 going to come early and I want to volunteer to help put 40:31 together the study guides for prisoners. So what a blessing. 40:35 >> Be able to gather with let me well, I think you might find 40:37 me down a few times since then. He's got it for an hour to be 40:41 fun. Yeah, and they also moves to reserve a spot as that of 40:46 the year. 40:47 >> Well, those are running out. That's right. We have a good 40:50 response already to the spot. So speaking of one, you will 40:54 and the partnership with Christmas behind bars when 40:57 Miller does an incredible job placement, unshackle purple. 41:00 So talk to us about new season coming up. 41:03 >> Absolutely. So first off, I love working with Leno. You 41:07 know, when you see him in action when he's in prison or 41:11 jail time and he gets to share in the gospel like his face, 41:15 just lights up and hey, that fact you've got to go with you 41:21 have to go with him and see him in action. But unshackle 41:25 purpose, wonderful program is it's basically like Christ 41:29 object lessons but in a prison setting. And so let me will 41:34 take, you know, objects that are readily available to are 41:39 incarcerated brothers and sisters and held. He'll draw a 41:43 lesson out of it that points them to Christ. I mean, he can 41:47 take something as simple as toilet paper. I've seen that 41:50 exist. Yes, amazing. Yes, they can take and he talks about the 41:55 use for cleanup. Messy situation. Yeah. External the 41:58 yeah. Yeah. And how he'd been right to relate to right to the 42:01 spiritual. Yes. Then he says, you know, the word that we need 42:04 Christ to clean up our messy internal situations. We can't 42:08 we can't do that on our own. And so it it's really powerful 42:12 or where exactly on. We're green with. Yeah. Haha. Yes, 42:17 I I love seeing him in action. The other thing he'll do now 42:20 this this isn't so host to be readily available in prison or 42:25 jail, but sometimes it finds its way in there but cash, 42:29 right? So he may take like a $20 bill or something like that 42:34 and crumple it up while holding up first and say, well, who 42:37 wants this $20, bill? And of course, everybody's hands go up 42:41 because like gold in there. And so then he chronicles it. 42:45 He says, who who wants this $20 bill now and can still go up 42:49 and then he'll throw it on the ground and step on it and get a 42:52 little dirty. And then he picks it up. And he says, who wants 42:55 this $20 bill can still go up and he says, well, why didn't 42:59 why do you still want to spend? Stepped on? His rumpled is 43:02 crumpled is 30 is it's been battered all of these things. 43:06 Why do you still want this $20, bill? 43:09 And he says because it still holds its value and then dies 43:14 of guide each and every one of you still hold that value and 43:19 his eyes, you've been rumpled. You've been crumpled to their 43:22 tea on the inside and all of that stepped on. And and but 43:26 you still hold value in the eyes of God is God. And so he 43:30 shares these these illustrations. And then I share 43:33 some things as well. But, you know, unshackle purpose. 43:37 It teaches them that even while you're incarcerated and you 43:42 still have purpose and God still has a work for you to do, 43:47 we actually have a clip from season 3, 43:51 powerful, powerful messages. And yes, we go to that now just 43:55 to look at great. All right. Let's go to the second row 43:57 right now. 43:59 >> I know light. It was love. I love it. 44:07 I know 44:09 we show what know what you hear. What was what you look at 44:15 all. Nobody else knew what was going on inside me. And he 44:19 showed up and done some that nothing new to you and here and 44:23 the day. 44:26 Tell us a line. It doesn't have sometimes that there is no no 44:34 matter what's going on. 44:36 >> Biden says that righteous man, Paul, 7.10. 44:40 What makes man try to stay. Paul said to us is to do so. 44:47 I refuse and missed. 44:49 We have in the past. All these stop you from getting back to 44:54 God. 44:56 >> Addiction is is the evil enemy. And when it consumes 45:00 you, it's hard to get out of. It is great. 45:04 One of my favorite scripture verses is Hebrews. 13 0st 3. 45:08 Remember those in prison as if you are in prison with them. 45:12 We remember those who are being mistreated as if you felt the 45:14 pain too. 45:16 This one of the most favorite scripture verses out of the 45:18 word. 31 years old. Now 45:22 we're live with the addition of more than one 45:25 [MUSIC] 45:27 was a long as I see my daughter every night. I miss miss my 45:33 family was my grandmother. 45:35 >> Yeah. Billy Father, we thank you so much for eliminating our 45:39 asked by the court, 45:41 giving us your word so that we can study and learn about your 45:45 character and ultimately reflect your character to the 45:48 world. 45:49 >> Whether that's all that's cool, man. That's real. That's 45:54 the power. 45:56 >> Even though I'm incarcerated, I mean, 45:58 I could be negative and and dwell on the past. But through 46:03 through God, I found joy. I mean, you can find joy every 46:06 day you can wake up happy and he's got it just oversight. 46:12 Well, 46:15 when you do not have turned ones, you need extra 46:20 health bill in general and got principles. 46:29 >> So they no longer need extra ones because will be free and 46:34 it is for 46:36 [MUSIC] 46:39 >> honor. Given this day, we forgive those who trespass 46:58 against 47:13 [MUSIC] 47:17 >> how has a large 4th us powerful there at the end? 47:20 His name then? Well, yes, it gave me to semi to a shackle 47:25 purpose prison. What a great program. Yeah. For leading out 47:29 in that. 47:31 >> It airs on 3 A B and of course and their dream and it's 47:34 available on the mandate. 3ABN plus DOT TV or on your 47:38 3ABN plus app. We have season one in 2 out and season 3 will 47:42 be edited and will be coming out. We just don't have a 47:45 projected 08:00PM. Yes, not yet. Not Yahoo. 47:49 >> One of the things that I notice there 47:52 good save has been sown in those kids whose gentle nuns 47:55 live someplace along the way. You know, you could just tell 47:58 that the that the word was coming back out that the Graham 48:02 most the word that grandma may be put in and their dad, 48:05 the mother and everything. 48:08 God works in mysterious ways. True, though. I mean, I do not 48:12 think that every one of us could say we should have gone 48:15 right from left a time or 2. That is only by the grace of 48:19 God, perhaps and we're not behind doors yourselves. 48:21 Yeah, good. And so this is absolutely wonderful that 48:28 we have been put in a position that we can assist others and 48:32 give them a second chance. Yeah. 48:35 >> Jason, tell us a little bit about the into those boxes. 48:38 I know those have been going into prisons continue to go 48:40 into prisons and jails recovery or are we a midway? 48:43 >> Halfway halfway as the U.S. from homes and taking back also 48:47 from Florida to yes, tell us about both of those manso over, 48:52 you know, they're like in December, you know, some people 48:55 go to you. I see from 3ABN. And then, you know, I was I got 49:00 on a zoom call are, as as I think it was a zoom with doctor 49:05 John Mills and he works and the Florida Conference office. 49:08 He's the associate director for General administration at the 49:12 Florida Conference office. And we were talking. He was 49:14 he's overseas, one of the many ministries he oversees as 49:18 prison ministry. And so we were talking about prison ministry 49:21 and he wanted to include the mice, the ATV enter list system 49:26 N they're an initiative to reach those men and women that 49:31 are incarcerated. And so we were having this discussion and 49:34 I shared a little bit of my testimony with him about how I 49:37 almost ended up being a resident at one point. And so 49:41 he extended the invitation to me to be the keynote speaker at 49:46 a Florida Conference banquet. 49:49 Praise God got is open so many tremendous doors. And Doctor 49:54 Mills ended up meeting like the head chaplain over the whole 49:58 state of Florida. And so he's working with him to open up the 50:03 state of Florida to receive these devices. And what are 50:08 these devices? These people don't know? What are the 50:10 absolutely I'm glad you asked. So these devices contained 50:13 3,901 Christian lifestyle television programs. We have 50:19 celebrating life and recovery financial literacy programs. 50:23 I'm preaching Bible, prophecy, music, parenting, all kinds of 50:27 programs designed to equip them with the Gospel of Jesus Christ 50:31 and practical tools for living some 100% free to the facility 50:36 that can hook up to their closed-circuit television 50:38 system go throughout the prisoner at the jail and just 50:43 reach so many people with the gospel. You know, 50:47 when they're incarcerated, they can either have crime or they 50:51 can have Christ. And so what we want to do is he quipped them 50:55 with Christ and we want to share the gospel with them and 51:01 what I found in going into these facilities, 51:04 as I found that some of them are more free than some of us 51:08 on the outside there. Some people that are on the house 51:12 side that are so they're there and shackles and they're 51:15 incarcerated and God wants to liberate them. I remember I was 51:20 in one facility in Indiana and this this gentleman, he said 51:26 that, you know, we need to get to the point and he realized 51:29 this in his own life. He said I need to get to the point 51:33 where ICE I stopped reading God's word is cake for special 51:37 occasions and but treated as bread for daily use. My mind 51:42 was blown. Yeah. When I tell you you go into some of these 51:46 facilities and you meet people that could be teaching at the, 51:50 you know, theology. It is absolutely amazing. God is 51:55 doing a tremendous work behind bars and so thankful that 3 a B 52:00 ends prison ministry team. It is getting the gospel out 52:05 there and we couldn't do it without you. Your health has 52:09 been instrumental in getting the Gospel out there. And I 52:13 just want to give a quick shout out to Louise and Mary 52:16 Rodriguez, who also helped us get one of the Inter list 52:20 systems into Augusta State, medical prison. And yes, 52:25 and so I'm so thankful for all of the people who have reached 52:28 out to support this wonderful initiative that we have gone 52:32 on. 52:33 >> And, yes, I am also praising the Lord for 3 bins prison 52:36 ministry. It's incredible aspect. Do Ministry of 3, 52:39 a B. And I also want to say thank you, Pam was and then the 52:42 rest of the crew that to have gone in to get unshackle 52:45 purpose, all this food. Yes, you know, you a lot of work 52:48 goes on behind the scenes to bring this back out of the 52:50 prisons and so you can enjoy and be blessed. You know, 52:53 again, we're just talking here is family and we talked about a 52:56 JD talked about it, too. And Jason, all of us, and that 52:59 is if you're feeling impressed of the holy spirit to support 53:01 prison ministry and the call center is open this evening or 53:04 whatever, if you want to pray about it and sending the check, 53:06 you know, of course, we still except checks or 3 of them. 53:08 But we've talked about the Bible study, guys, 125,000 sets 53:13 Bibles by the thousands going out. We're talking about the 53:16 into the systems, all of this free of charge to the 53:19 prisoners. And that can only happen. And it's amazing to me. 53:22 It can only happen 53:24 what a backup. 53:26 I should not amaze me. You know that because the Lord is good 53:30 God and it's all about the fans. And so should we maybe 53:32 got provides the need. So all of this is possible because of 53:36 you. You felt impressed of the Holy spirit to give and you 53:38 have. And and that's how 125,000 sets are going out. 53:43 Thousands of Bibles ad in the last few years going out, 53:46 the post is paid to the prisoners. Jason, hundreds of 53:49 these Angeles systems are going out. 53:51 >> Right? Free of charge. We started with 250. We only 53:54 have 95 left and those will be probably gone pretty quickly in 53:59 Florida is opening up. 54:01 >> So Joe mentioned you can reach out the call center. 54:03 You can go on our website, but I think it's code for 36 of 54:07 them in his prison ministry. And so we just thank you. 54:10 And I will guarantee you prisoners, those incarcerated 54:13 men and women with thank U 2 and many of them. I know we're 54:17 just hug you and say thank you so very much for letting this 54:20 material come into our facility. So thank you for 54:22 being a part. This aspect of the ministry of 3ABN. 54:26 >> And then and I want to just reference this is kind of 54:29 behind the scenes. Switching gears, prison Ministry. We are 54:32 launching a brand new program on 3ABN called 3ABN ignite. 54:38 Pam. This is your dad's brainchild. We could say, 54:41 you know, came up with the E in Van der Valk. He came up with a 54:44 proposal for 3ABN ignite, which is we do a lot of preaching. 54:48 We do a lot of teaching. But this is specific practical 54:50 Christianity and how you and I can be spirit filled in fired 54:55 unmotivated in a quick to encourage to move forward. 54:59 So the very first it's a mini series that will be streaming 55:04 live on tree beans. You Tube account so you can comment back 55:09 would do the live moderation in comments and then it will air 55:12 the following weekend broadcast. For those of you who 55:14 missed it on you, too. So launches Pastor John Lowe. 55:18 McCain is doing the first mini series. It's a three-part 55:21 series, the first one launching their on YouTube. So we're 55:25 looking forward to that. 55:26 >> Oh, absolutely. I think the really the neat part about this 55:28 YouTube aspect in the live broadcast and that is the 55:31 community with a common Taishan other commenters come I get 55:35 that out. Commentators moderators. That's it. Yes. 55:38 Thank you for helping out that. That can be fun because there's 55:40 interaction because in a lot of times you just see us is like, 55:43 oh, I can't really communicate here. You can do that. And so 55:46 the best way to do that is to become what is a subscriber to 55:48 threes in YouTube channel. And that's pretty easy to do. 55:51 >> Just go in you to become go to YouTube type in 3 D and I 55:55 just hit the subscribe. 55:56 >> Yes, yeah, absolutely. We've only got a minute left 55:59 and I just want to say thank you, Jason, for your 56:02 leadership. Mort, you're doing J D. Thank you so much for the 56:05 great leadership there specially prison ministry. 56:08 Pamela, thank you for being annoying. You and your husband, 56:10 too. Jump in and do whatever is needed here at the ministry 3, 56:13 then you're making a tremendous impact. And the joy, let you 56:16 close the south. It's a blessing to be in ministry 56:18 together with you to hear at 3 a B. And we're just grateful to 56:22 be in ministry with you at home. Thank you so much for 56:26 being a part. 56:27 >> A 3ABN, what a blessing I meant. I want to close for the 56:30 scripture. Romans 6 now having been set free from sin. You 56:34 become slaves to righteousness. So this works for those in 56:37 prison. But it works for you and I who are out of prison who 56:40 maybe are an addiction to Sen God wants to set you free. 56:44 He wants to set each one of us free from addiction from those 56:47 things and he wants to deliver us and we can follow Jesus. 56:50 So join us next week. We love you and crime. 56:55 >> With job 56:56 [MUSIC] 57:01 [MUSIC] 57:06 [MUSIC] 57:11 [MUSIC] 57:16 [MUSIC] 57:21 [MUSIC] 57:26 [MUSIC] 57:31 [MUSIC] 57:36 [MUSIC] 57:41 [MUSIC] 57:46 [MUSIC] 57:51 [MUSIC] |
