She says, do we have to wait until the mark of the beast is 10:20 issued for Jesus to come? Well, Nancy, its really address that you asked that 10:25 question because, of course, we're told by a process that's going to be this mark of the 10:28 beast. And then in the on the other side of that, we see the second coming of Jesus. 10:32 >> Of course, that all is kind of interrupted in in in a way by the everlasting Gospel. 10:38 Right. And the reason why the mark of the beast issue is so significant is not because 10:42 it's us. Gary thing, everyone just got to go through this tribulation time and they 10:47 can't buy or sell and they're going to have to die if they don't write or do The reason 10:51 why is because God needs to finish up that decision making process of human rights. In 10:57 other words, it's a it's identified as the great temptation is going to try, 11:00 try them that well in the The reason why is because right now use a lot of people that 11:06 are kind in the shadows. I would say they're believers revelation 18 in the case. 11:11 They are because people there. But then confusion, Babylon, confusion, religious 11:15 Confucian, spiritual confusion. And then there's other people who are in the 11:20 shadows, but maybe they're not and should be in the shadows like they're not really where 11:23 they need to be in. So there's people that need to be tested because they're not what they 11:28 profess to be. This people that also need this test because they need to come out 11:30 of the shadows. We see a lot of that taking place. We go through things on planet 11:35 Earth. We recently went through major, major issues, you know, with the pandemic 11:39 and all that kind of stuff. And we saw all kinds of changes taking place in in 11:45 pause. Take a lot talk about with people in politics in church and society in general. 11:52 People trying to, you know, stand up for principle rights and freedoms in this kind of 11:56 stuff. I think the mark of the beast is going to be even greater opportunity for people 11:59 to come out of the shadows. Stanford got so yes, we need that before Jesus comes. Why? 12:03 Because Jesus wants the gospel to go to all world in the hospital includes liberty, the 12:08 spirit of God, with the spirit of God is there is liberty, right? By the way, in 12:13 relationship to this. We also see that if that the opposite is true, that where there is 12:18 no liberty, there is a drawing back of the spirit of in the spirit of God being withdrawn 12:22 from the this way, liberty is being removed. So it's really important for mark of the 12:28 beast test because it helps people make a decision and God's not closing sup until 12:32 everyone's made a decision for against him. Absolutely. Beautiful answer. Love that. 12:35 All right. This comes from Kevin in Minnesota. He says who are the 7,000 of God's 12:40 elect. All right. The 7,000 are mentioned in several places. We'd say several 12:45 because it's more than 2, right? 71 to first key step to 19 is where we first read 12:51 about the 7,000 allies is running from. Well, not really a habit and he is just beside 12:58 himself because he feels like his life is threatened because he's a lot we do. And here, 13:02 you know, I let you hear that you who lead you out into cave in the mill. No warnings as 13:08 well. Now going 10 to Romans Chapter 11. All right. 13:35 Paul picks it up here on chapter 11. He's talking about allies experience, how he 13:39 interceded against Israel, right? That was a negative and it was a negative. He was 13:43 using Israel's a Pasta, C 2 justify his lack of faithfulness to God. never do 13:49 that. You know, the posse of others is no excuse for us to move from the position that 13:53 got us led us to not take a stand where God wants us to be. So. He quotes this 13:59 experience in relationship to Israel. He says, you know, even though Israel they 14:02 crucified Christ, they rejected the gospel. You know, the leadership at center said 14:07 Costa has 7,000 of not much. You remember that was 7,000 allies time the 7,000 here who 14:12 they are. He doesn't right identify. Then we see the last reference in this one is found 14:17 in revelation chapter 11th, yes revelation chapter 11 is Yes, religious. The left. And 14:25 in this particular instance is talking about this terrible persecution that calms against 14:28 the 2 witnesses, which is, you know, we understand it to be the word of God in the context 14:33 of that, you've got 7,000 that are slain. If you used, if you allow revelation be 14:37 interpreted by the rest of the Bible. 7,000 of the faithful and June, this persecution. 14:42 This this time of persecution because people are staying all over the place. They're 14:47 identified a 7,000 because that's a symbolic number of the faithful rifle. The 14:50 faithful. So we don't really know who the Fay floor. That's why going back to question 14:56 number one. We need to mark the best tip mark of the beast test. We need the people to 14:59 come out of shadows there in the showers. We need the people who are professor but 15:01 not real. 2. You know the manifest absolutely great answers. Now we come to the profit Waymarks Daniel Chapter 8, we view and 15:48 I have done 3 more 3 of these beforehand. We didn't want our first episode was last year. 15:53 We did not an overview of Dan Revelation in a couple hours. Just kind of a juiced. Now we're here in Daniel Chapter 8, 1, of my favorite chapters because it's 16:19 just so much amazing truth here in this chapter. And so Pastor James, where which I 16:24 would like us to start out. Well, I want to start by us connecting this to Daniel 16:27 Chapter 7. That's what we have is parallel prophecies here for the annual to Daniel 7, 16:31 And then we get to Daniel 11. >> Each one of these prophecies, I liken them why 16:37 called prophetic cycles right? Somewhere like into a washing machine. All right. We've got 16:43 4 prophetic cycle of remember this, right? All right. So you've got the cycles of 16:46 washing. She got 4 cycles. Basically, you've got your whites. You've got your 16:49 colors. You've got your permanent press. You've got your heavy duty. But will say 16:53 that Daniel Evans, heavy duty. Okay, okay. I like it. So it what? What we're seeing those 16:59 were seen a difference. We're seeing something that's the same in something it's 17:02 different when you get into the cycles, there's something that's the same. You've got to 17:05 wash. You've got a wrench. You got to spend another rants and it's been done when you get 17:09 into White's, you've got high hotter water when you get into college, you got cold water 17:16 begin to current pressure. Got a shorter cycle. When you get into heavy, do you got along 17:18 with may soon saying is what we're understanding is that Daniel to Daniel 7, Daniel 8. 17:24 Dan, you Evan are prophetic cycles right? They're the same. And yet their difference 17:29 right there, the same. They got to watch and the rents in the spin and the water brands 17:32 in the Spin. Daniel, too. That mean the pressure. Greece, Rome. Second coming. God's 17:37 kingdom set up right, Daniel 7 battle on me to pressure Greece, Rome. Second coming. 17:41 God's kingdom set up Daniel late. Media pressure Kuz Babylon's past office. this 17:48 point media pressure, Greece, Rome, second coming. Got something in the set. Alright 17:52 and Daniel Levy will see the same thing. The same pattern. So we could call Daniel 8 17:57 permanent press because it's a shorter cycle. Babylon's gone. I'm okay. And the point here, 18:02 though, in Daniel Chapter 8 is a little bit different. And Daniel 7, Daniel 7 focuses on. 18:10 >> horn specifically attacking the Saints 4 per certain period time persecuting them 18:15 and changing times in the law. Daniel 8 pulls in the same trailing. Yes, you've got 18:22 you've got century animals. And and we didn't have that game 7. Yeah. And was named 18:28 some of animals. And Dan Ewing that Saint Rams, you got the mention of the century again 18:30 and again and again in 8. It talks about the Saints are being cleanse. It talks about 18:35 the century being cast down. You've got the goat. You got the Ram those with century 18:38 animals. You've got the sanction you mention specifically, what is God 18:42 doing here? Well, God is moving us along the prophetic time line giving us Waymarks 18:48 if you will write to help us to know where we are in history and where we're headed 18:52 to and what he's doing. Daniel Chapter 8 specifically is he showing us attack from another 18:59 angle against the Everlasting Covenant give lasting, probably lose the game. When 19:04 we get to Daniel Levy are going to see this because the lasting covenant and the 19:07 prince of the company's mission again and again and again against kind of a 19:08 summary. Now, this is so what does the temple have to do with the Everlasting Covenant? 19:12 Well? We need to talk about the sanctuary. Yes, you talk about the Old Testament 19:19 sanctuary type. You know, a lot of people think that in the Old Testament, God was all 19:23 about the law. And then in test, we're all about the gospel. But the sanctuary 19:26 tells us different. Yes, because the sanctuary is all about the right? Yeah. Daniel 19:33 revelation talk about sex. Revolution, not about the Saint Regis, the same tree was 19:37 this in the wilderness and recently was this place where God wanted to meet with this 19:42 people let them making a century. among the right and the sanctuary set up was just, 19:47 you know, this linen structure, rectangle structure with 2 compartments in the 19:50 middle of courtyard. was preceded by an altar and a labor right. But the whole 19:58 process of the sanctuary was for God to be reconciled with his people. Yes, with centers 20:04 and so sacrifices May. There was a general that was made morning and evening for the 20:10 general population of the people and then there were individual sacrifices. People 20:15 bring their land. They bring him into the courtyard and they would slay the animals 20:20 there. So the throat, the blood would be taken into the Holy Wrinkled on the curtain. 20:25 Sprinkle on the one's of the altar of incense forgiveness. Transference of guilt was yes, 20:31 was in that symbolism. Now. We can be forgiven by slaying of animals, right? And we can. 20:36 They were all symbolic. And of course, you would take a knife as the center. You would be the one 21:44 to have to take the life of that animal seemed to cut the throat. It would spill the 21:48 blood take the life before you did that. Actually, the center would place their hands on the 21:51 head of that Lamb in this case Islam. And that would confess their sins in the head of the 21:56 And once they have confess their sins dented but take the knife and it would take the 21:59 life of that animal spilling the blood. And as you mentioned there, the priest 22:01 would catch it in the bowl and then depending what type of offering was being offered a, 22:07 you know, the blood would get poured out around the altar in the courtyard. And then, of 22:12 course, the body of that to the carcass, the body of that Lamb would be offered as a 22:17 burnt-sacrifice on top of the altar itself. But not before that blood record, OK, cause 22:21 was worth the record of Senate. What from the center to the animal to the blood? 22:25 That blood is a representation. Obviously the cleansing blood of Jesus 22:28 Christ, everything points to Jesus Christ who missed everything in the sanctuary, 22:32 the gate. I mean, from the gate to the altar sacrifice, the laver, everything points 22:37 to Jesus Christ and some of that blood goes. Now they're going to walk through the 22:41 first the veil into the holy place and he's going to bypass the table showbread on the 22:46 right by past the 7 branch candlestick on the left all westward into the for the 22:52 article of furniture right before the veil going into the Holy Place. Those 2 primary sanctuary animals that were 23:58 offered daily. And of course, in this case yearly also as we're going to get into bit of 24:02 16, we're going to see these animals come up even within the day of atonement, which 24:07 was the holiest day of all the day of judgment. The cleansing of the sanctuary, which we see 24:12 the sling, which appear in Dania Chapter 8 in contacts with the little horn. So 24:16 Leviticus. Chapter 16, the day of atonement came. So, you know, the way Street this is, 24:19 you know, yeah, every week, you know, at our house and even right now to the 24:25 department here, you know, I take out the garbage right might take out the garbage. 24:29 And so I take the garbage out to the dumpster. I take the garbage out at home and take 24:33 me out to Mike hands. And then when those cans will get full, then I go to the dump. I take 24:39 up to the Now as long as that garbage is out of my house, my houses garbage. You know, we 24:45 get our sons out of the house, right? We can take him to the to the garbage cans were taken 24:49 the dumpster. But they're still in the dumpster. That's right. And they still have 24:51 been finding that's that that sin garbage has finally been taking care of Sam. It hasn't 24:56 been taken to the to that. That life is in the blood. And of course, in the 27:09 blood is spilt. The deaths was the life and death of Jesus. The perfect life. And 27:13 substitution death of Jesus Christ is our salvation. And then we go to the Laver when 27:18 the priest went to the label to wash that symbolized that this right, so weeks of 27:24 crisis, our savior at the altar. And by the way, he was 13 talks about we have an 27:28 altar that they have no right to eat of for. Jesus was sacrificed outside the gate. 27:33 Just like that. And so that, again, that's 28:19 a symbol of the cleansing worked. Only Christ can bring. He said, you know, Christ can 28:22 talking to the woman at the well. I am living water. He is living. We have that table of 28:54 Showbread 6 loaves bread, 6, 6, 66. So we have 66 books of the Bible in arresting, right? 29:01 Yeah. And then you have the incense now all of these articles of furniture 29:06 represent something. First of all, they represent Christ. That's right. Crisis. The 29:09 bread of Life Christ has the incense. He's a representation of the incense. His 29:14 righteousness is represented mangled and Christ is the light of the world some of the 29:20 day. And you can see it. The incense in Ephesians 5 verse 2. You can see on the bread of 29:24 life. You can find that almost everywhere. But it John Chapter 6 after sic and you 29:29 have it the times, verse 9 online with a lot his The life of man comes in or so. So you 29:34 see that symbolism. But it also represents our experience. That's right, 29:38 right. A few dark spaces represented because we partake of the word because we pray 29:42 the incidents are is a symbol, a prayer for God's people. Also and because we witness 29:47 were That's the Holy Place. Yeah. Then we venture into the most Holy Place. Absolutely. 29:53 What we see the most of But yes, so that is just just to backtrack that that process 29:57 there with accepted Christ at the altar. We've laid stuff up on the altar. 30:00 >> Now we're cleansed by that. You know, the only the the life cleansing worked across 30:04 can do in our live only by him. Experience you've been through the justification. You've been 31:04 through the sanctification now comes the time we won't pass the veil into the most holy 31:11 place where there's only one article of And then of course, it's combination, of course, 31:16 the Golden Box with the mercy-seat. Now Christ as your your as 32:25 your sacrifice, your your high priest in this case is now he's he's your advocate. He's 32:31 your a your your your right. He's right. Justices are You're judge. He snow taking 32:36 that blood and he is now presenting it to the father to see father. Let's deal with 32:41 this in record. powerful, imagery there. And yeah, and and you see that mercy above 32:48 the law. See them or see above the law. >> And the Angels looking 32:52 down, they want to understand this whole great controversy about good and evil and how 32:55 God is dealing with law, which is standard righteousness in mercy and how they reconcile 33:03 together in the And they do because when you look at the cross, you see the mercy of 33:06 God died for our sins. We also see that justice. got in the wrath of Cobb Bean now 33:12 manifest toward the center Christ Bean, the Center and our place Houston for us first 33:18 currently are he's 5 for 21. Then you have the scapegoat. Now the scapegoat doesn't show 33:22 this. But the scapegoat is representation of the one who is responsible. See, he brought into this world and he's the 33:37 one that brings temptation to Adam and Eve and to the human race. And so eventually what 33:40 happens is the scapegoat is brought. Now the the responsibility of citizens is 33:46 placed upon him and he's led by fit men out to will miss to die. And this. Beautiful 33:52 picture of salvation. The sanctuary. This is what answers a lot of our 33:56 questions. For example, in Psalm 73. I was just looking up this first real quickly in 34:02 some 73. David is struggling. He's struggling with the idea that. You know, it's just 34:07 really goes good easily to them that are clean harbors from feet were almost go my 34:10 stepson. Well, my set, he struggles with that. The fact that that seems like the 34:15 wicked prosper and the righteous just suffer, Mike. And that's what we see in our 34:19 world today. We just see a lot of wickedness prevailing and a lot of people suffering who 34:24 are good people. You know, none of us are ice is not one. But, you know, I'm saying it 34:30 just doesn't seem fair. What's happening? Our world is struggle with this and any 34:34 goes through that the with this with God. I love how David does this because 34:37 continually what we see David doing in the Psalms is complain to God point as heart 34:41 to God getting angry with cost of the shoulders. He can handle that and the better to 34:46 getting was God them with our brothers and sisters are with people that were driving down 34:50 the road with or whoever we need to give it to God. When we give it to God got takes 34:56 it. And he replaces all of that tanker with his spirit with some. He's with his love. 35:02 And so David's just give it all got. And he says, and this is so powerful. First, 21. 35:06 That's was I agree that was pricked my rains. And he says so for us was I and ignorant. 35:11 Why? This is really powerful because what 35:29 David's saying is, you know, I struggle with what's going on in this world, but then looked 35:33 and I want to thank you. And I saw there and what is there and the scapegoating just 35:37 bring some clarification as to some sof. So talk about it's the principle. the scapegoat 35:42 is there. And you're right. And he's and the struggle that we have in relationship to 35:48 this is this idea that what is God I was going to do the sanctuary. Give the answer 35:53 that question. The sanctuary shows us how God deals with send us an unrighteous since 35:58 how he deals with centers with mercy over slaw and how it deals with those who refuse to 36:04 partake of the lords goat, sacrifice of the lords. Go. They are going to be let out 36:07 and will thus we see that revelation chapter 20. So we want to take all of this. Now 36:12 we want to take us all back to Daniel K and I just got to just say this real quick 36:17 before we dive into this cause for get off to get really deep. And this my friends in 36:20 this is vitally important comprehend. I that was years ago that I struggled with the 36:24 sanctuary. I was so in all of these other individual doctrines know all these are 36:29 the powerful doctrines. Do we teach? We believe in and we try to uphold from God's word. 36:34 But the sanctuary was just one of those that didn't quite understand. And I just want to 36:38 just emphasize really quickly before we move forward, the significance and importance of 36:41 understanding the sanctuary message, all that we have just went through the past few 36:46 minutes to maybe some watch right now only care about is all testaments tough. Many 36:50 people have that mentality is test with stuff. You know, Jesus done away with that. 36:55 Jesus is are sacrificing little sacrifices of sacrificial system and all 36:58 that. What we have to talk about it. >> We have to talk about it 37:01 because you would not be able to understand, for instance, the book of Daniel would not 37:04 be able to understand properly the book of Revelation, which we're going to get into and 37:08 they'll go. Yeah. And are so other books in the Bible that many people miss the major 37:14 points that God is trying to communicate because they don't have just a simple fundamental 37:19 knowledge of the sanctuary. The sanctuary while. Yes, it is an Old Testament thing. 37:24 Yes, well, Christ has put an end to that sacrificial system. All of those things 37:28 were representative of him and the work that he was going to come. Do all of those types in 37:33 shadows, that car contained within that sanctuary message within the sanctuary 37:36 conversation. In reality, of course, it all points to Jesus Christ. If you don't 37:42 understand that aspect of the work of Christ is our high priest today, which really 37:46 want to talk about prison truth. President Truth is all about what Christ is doing 37:49 right now in the head of the sanctuary. If you don't understand what Christ is 37:53 doing in the head of the sanctuary, you're not going to understand if you don't have a 37:56 comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of the sanctuary 38:00 message that we're talking about. And so we get into Daniel, we get into Daniel 38:04 Night? We get Daniel 11 the book of Revelation. Mean, it seems like, you know, right 38:08 there in the opening book of Revelation. We See Christ walking among, can say so? 38:11 That's one of these Cannell says what they represent and you see that these authors 38:15 keep coming up in in that that this this, you know, a thrower love God. And so there's 38:19 temple and have a temple and have. So all of this language keeps coming back up in 38:23 especially Daniel 8, more than anything. You're going to see this language like the daily 38:27 top the daily, the cleansing of the sanctuary. You gas now, the same casting doubt all of 38:32 this. It's like, what does it mean if you don't understand the sanctuary message, then 38:36 you're not going to understand these things. And you may miss a major mark way, mark of 38:41 prophecy. That is vital to understanding and your vision and understanding of these 38:46 things that are going to unfold in the last day. So just wanted to it just to put 38:49 that out there and how important is to study and understand the sanctuary miss. 38:53 Yeah. And and and let's just look at a couple versus Weber is a chair as he is really 38:56 powerful. He was 8. Let's just look at versus one and 2. Now the things which we have 39:01 spoken, this is the sum so Paul summarizing here, what he's been sharing all through 39:07 the first 7 chapters that he was, by the way in here. And he was chapter 7. He's talking 39:12 about how Christ is the high priest right in the head of the century. Whoever lives to 39:14 make intercession for us. We have such a high priest who said on the right hand of the 39:20 throne, the messy and Haven's, a minister of the century into the true tabernacle, which the 39:22 Lord pitch and not man. >> Now, this is so vital as we move back into the book of 39:27 Daniel Daniel Chapter 8. This is so vital because what is happening here is we have a 39:34 usurpation yes of the place of Christ. A lot of people are wondering about the anti 39:39 Christ. Now we know most people agree. Understand Daniel Seven's talking about 39:43 the anti Christ right? Just from the characteristics. But Daniel 8 is also talking about 39:47 the Anti-Christ. And here's why the anti Christ in many people's mind is someone who 39:53 is stark and demolition against crises anti Christ. But the war that it doesn't 39:58 necessarily mean right against it actually has a better translation for biblical 40:04 understanding of is in the place to petition substitution, someone. It's in 40:07 the place of Christ, which makes sense of why we see what we see. They're in second 40:13 facility in Chapter 2. Yes. Where it in the place of. Yeah, there you go. going to 40:17 tell that we see we see him there, you know, sitting in the place of got showing up so 40:21 that he is God, not again, Scott, even though he is opposed to him. Jesus now the spirit. And he's going ministers and ministers of 40:37 righteousness, right? a second Corinthians chapter 11. There you go to force it its first 40:45 all given that you've got check human. And so we see Paul emphasized this. In fact, 40:50 Paul talks about and for where he says, you know, that's going to be in last 8 people 40:55 have a form of godliness. But and so there's a lot of godliness is lot of form. 40:58 There's a lot of gospel Jesus spirit talk in the New Testament in relation to this. 41:03 And that's because God has the best thing going on planet. Yes. Just want to say that 41:09 again. Got has the best thing going on. Planet Earth. He has the plan of salvation, which 41:16 symbolized in the sanctuary service, which is an amazing man. A physician is mercy is 41:19 graces love through the blood of Jesus Christ. And Satan is doing everything he can to 41:24 counter for that to usurp that to to replace that with a counterfeit that might be 41:29 99.9%. >> True. Yes. And point one percent error. And that 0.1% 41:35 air makes all air right. And that's what we're going to see here. As we open up Daniel 41:38 Chapter. Okay. So about the dive into Daniel we had to set up that sanctuary. Neither was 43:43 there any there that could deliver out of his hand. But he did, according to his will 43:48 and became great first 5. This is and I was considering he goat came from the west on the 43:56 face of the whole Earth and touched not the ground. You've got a lot of the characteristics we 45:19 do need to go through. And you know why? Because Daniel gets interpretation is in the 45:24 interpretation. Daniels told exactly who these powers are. So we're going to focus in the year on 47:04 these last versus as we set up here. We've set up basically the transition, right? So 47:08 focusing on these last versus versus 10 all the way down through 14. Yes, this is 47:14 crucial. This is social yes-no of obviously we're transitioning. So think of 47:19 this. love I love that. We're Dist. We're developing here because God has also got of 47:24 history. You know, he is showing you a perfect time line of events which we have 47:30 the privilege of looking back in confirming course and Daniels time when he's 47:33 receiving this, these things have not happened yet. It seems that he's riding these 47:35 things down. >> But it's amazing to see that what you're about to 47:38 return versus 10 and onward is now that room that Roman power that has now grew great, 47:45 weird. We're now, you know, inching into the dark ages and we're starting to see this 47:50 anti Christ power begin to develop. And he launches were notice. And while there are 47:55 flavors of him launching a war against got in Chapter 7 with him, you know, blast him in 48:00 his name and all that stuff kit that you get a stronger sense of Daniel 7, that his 48:05 war is very much horizontal is wearing out the Saints just wearing out the Saints of the 48:09 most high. But when you get the day with chapter 8 and now he's directing now he he lifts 48:14 up his eyes and he starts launching his war for vertically and he is 48:18 challenging. Got he lives. His himself is high is gone. And, you know, immediately if you 48:22 know your Bible that there is a greater power behind this, this power and you start to 48:27 hear you can see Hinson flavors of this. You know, I will exult myself about the 48:33 stars. Got our lives my throne above the stars of God, right? You start to get the sense 48:37 that you know what's there, somebody else behind this little for power. So I'm gonna 48:42 read you misread all through woods returned. I raising and I live there for 52:31 10 years. I was an altar boys, Roman Catholic. That was in our buddy. My mom. I on my 52:34 mom's side. And and it was really significant because I 52:48 was raised with complete ignorance of the Bible.
