00:05 Got a good supper meal here together,
00:06 really a supper meal
00:08 that doesn't have any milk, eggs,
00:09 cheese, or anything in.
00:10 No cholesterol, saturated fat.
00:12 It's good for the heart, good for the soul.
00:13 What we made today
00:15 was we actually made our spinach sausage quiche
00:19 and with that we made our own pasta to go with it.
00:20 Looks good, baby.
00:21 Look at that parmesan cheese
00:23 just sprinkled right on top of it.
00:24 Yeah. Yeah. Yes. Okay.
00:26 Then we made our green beans
00:27 and look at the green beans with that red pepper...
00:28 Colorful!
00:30 Got dill in it, the basil in it,
00:31 and lemon zest, okay.
00:34 And then we kind of finished off
00:35 with our parfaits
00:37 which was fresh blueberries and raspberries.
00:38 Oh, look at that. Look at the layers!
00:41 That must be mines.
00:42 Oh, all those together and a little bit of granola
00:44 on top of it, you know, okay.
00:45 Little bit of granola. Yeah. Okay.
00:47 And so...
00:48 I mean, one of the camera crews is going to end in wrestle me
00:50 on that one right there,
00:51 so I don't know, he might just win, honey.
00:53 Okay, that's because he's going to wrestle you for yours
00:56 because I'm taking mine on a road myself.
