00:03 this has been a berries delicious program. 00:10 And berries are so good for you anytime a year 00:13 because you can always, 00:14 if they are not available fresh, 00:16 they're available frozen. 00:17 Oh, I could eat every one of those any day. 00:21 Oh, and I can't wait to eat, 00:23 try the ones that I didn't get to try yet. 00:25 Uh-ha. 00:26 Because... 00:28 It took a quite a bit of restraint, 00:29 I got to tell you. 00:32 So we'll give them a last look 00:34 at everything that we make today. 00:36 I think so. 00:37 Oh, and Linda... 00:39 We have the very berries smoothie. 00:41 Which is very berry delicious. 00:44 And right next to it is your... 00:46 Oh, my triple berry crisp in a jar. 00:50 Which is really nice 00:52 because you can make it ahead a time. 00:53 That's right. 00:55 And then strawberry breakfast cake. 00:57 Oh, and I think I could have that for any meal, 01:00 breakfast, lunch, or dinner. 01:01 Yeah, I think so. 01:03 And then we have a blue bar pie. 01:06 Just try and say that fast. 01:08 That's challenging. 01:11 And a rhubarb strawberry crisp. 01:15 That looks so good, sis. 01:17 And last but not least, we have my blue... 01:20 I was trying to say bluebarb 01:21 but it's blueberry coconut cake. 01:24 And that's just such a moist, nice delicious cake. 01:28 And I already know that that one is delicious. 01:31 And one thing about berries too, 01:33 sometimes for snack in the afternoon, 01:35 I will go and get berries from my freezer, 01:37 frozen blueberries, frozen raspberry. 01:40 And what a nutritious snack, and it's refreshing, 01:43 had a picture right up, you know. 01:45 So that, a good way to just, 01:47 especially in the afternoon if you get little sleepy, 01:49 get you some frozen blueberries and raspberries, 01:51 that will wake you up. 01:52 That's right.
