00:01 Welcome back, friends.
00:02 We are here with our delicious spread of Indian food
00:04 and I tell you I have learned a lot
00:06 and I've had such a good time with you both.
00:08 We've had fun too.
00:09 Yes, we enjoyed. Thank you for having us here.
00:11 Thank you for coming and sharing
00:12 with our friends at home the gifts
00:14 that God has given to you.
00:15 Yes. Amen.
00:16 Let's look at what we made today.
00:18 Sure.
00:19 So the first thing that we made was our Sambar powder
00:21 which is a seasoning that you can add to many,
00:23 many of your different dishes.
00:24 We added it to the Sambar right there.
00:26 Yes, we did. Yes.
00:28 So we made the soup and then we serve it with the idly.
00:31 And then after that we made our brown rice with cashew,
00:36 veggie meat and the sauce and broccoli.
00:39 And the broccoli and the sauce. That was fabulous.
00:41 That was very good. And this is the Rasam.
00:43 Yes.
00:45 It's also called as pepper water in India.
00:46 Pepper water? Okay. That's English.
00:48 I like that. And then we ended with our--
00:51 Mango lassi. Lassi.
00:53 That was wonderful and I have my own little glass.
00:58 That's great.
00:59 And here they just gave me this.
01:01 This is a-- it's called-- Kulfi.
01:04 This is ice cream, you know, we are talking about.
01:06 Yes, this is a raw ice cream. It's nice.
01:08 Raw vegan ice cream. And it's actually a push pop.
01:10 It's a push pop. Slowly.
01:12 Yeah, so it's frozen right now
01:13 but just give it a couple minutes--
01:15 And then it will pop out.
01:16 And we'll be able to fridge it out for later.
01:18 That's great.
01:20 Well, we so appreciate you all and your ministry
01:22 and what God has called in to do.
01:23 Do you have any closing thoughts you want to share?
01:25 Sure, absolutely.
01:26 So our objective is of course to make sure that people
01:28 get healthy food
01:30 but at the same time it has be delicious as well
01:33 because usually vegan is not a delicious
01:36 according to the people
01:38 but we want to make sure it is delicious as well so.
01:40 Amen. Amen. Absolutely.
01:42 Well, we had such a good time in the kitchen
01:44 preparing this food and sharing that with you at home.
01:46 We want to encourage you to take a step
01:48 toward healthier eating, toward more plant based.
01:51 Enjoy these Indian recipes, take them to your home,
01:54 into your heart, share them with your friends
01:56 and we will see you next time.
01:58 God bless you and keep you.
