00:02 Pastor Matt, we thank you so much, Brother, 00:04 for being with us today. 00:05 It's been a tremendous blessing. 00:06 I've enjoyed the time we've been together 00:08 to hear your story. 00:09 Just want to give you some, 00:10 an opportunity to give us some final thoughts, 00:12 maybe some encouraging words for someone at home 00:14 who's watching this program now. 00:16 Yeah. 00:17 Paul writing to the Philippians telling them, 00:21 Philippians 3:13-14, "Brethren, 00:23 and I count myself not to have apprehended, 00:26 but this one thing, this one thing I do, 00:29 forgetting all those things which are behind, 00:31 pressing forward to the things that are in front of us." 00:34 And him saying, "I press towards the mark," 00:37 it's like this is aggressive, aggressive combat here. 00:41 Jesus Christ is the mark that we have to press towards. 00:43 That's right. 00:45 And Paul uses, 00:46 he uses this word from the hunting world 00:49 and he's like, "Look, like a cheetah 00:50 that is starved for a meal 00:53 just claws out digging in the ground 00:55 going towards its prize." 00:58 That's how we have to approach Jesus Christ it's like, 01:00 "Look, You did everything for me, 01:02 I just, I want to do, 01:03 dedicate my whole life to You." 01:05 So I just, I encourage everyone, 01:07 recognize what Jesus Christ has done for you in your life, 01:10 appreciate every bit of it, 01:12 but then put Him in your bull's eye 01:14 and then never give up 01:15 until you have reached that prize of the high calling. 01:18 Amen. Praise the Lord. 01:19 Thank you so much, Pastor. 01:21 Thank you so much for your time. 01:22 My friends, this has been a wonderful hour. 01:23 And everything that he said, 01:25 just hearing the stories reminded me 01:26 of one of my favorite texts, Jeremiah 29:11, 01:29 which is, this is the Lord speaking, 01:30 He says, "For I know the thoughts 01:32 that I think toward you," says the Lord, 01:34 "Thoughts of peace and not of evil 01:36 to give you a future and a hope." 01:39 Just as Pastor Matt has said, God had a plan for his life. 01:42 And that plan is being fulfilled. 01:44 God has a plan for your life as well. 01:46 Just reach out to Him. 01:48 Call out to Him today and say, 01:49 "Lord, fulfill Your will in my life. 01:51 Come into me, Lord, 01:53 and create a clean heart in me, oh, God." 01:55 Thank you, my friends, for joining us today. 01:57 Again, my name is Ryan Day, 01:58 and we praise God that you've joined us. 02:00 God bless you.
