00:04 wonderful interview we had with Melody Mason, 00:08 Daring To Live By Every Word. 00:10 This book is at the ABC, you want to pick one up. 00:14 And I am so blessed. 00:15 So do you have any closing thoughts, Melody, 00:19 that you'd like to share with our viewers and listeners? 00:23 I guess, I just want to encourage, 00:26 encourage our viewers and listeners 00:28 to be in the Word, 00:30 to saturate your mind with the Word of God, 00:33 to spend time, take time for Him daily. 00:35 There's always so many things that are cluttering our lives, 00:38 so much busyness, so much distractions, 00:40 but it's time to get right with God, 00:44 it's time to be in His Word, and spend time on our knees. 00:47 And, you know, we're told, we should be preparing 00:50 for what is soon to overtake the world 00:51 as an overwhelming surprise. 00:53 And how are we to prepare? 00:55 We can stockpile, we can do this, we can do that. 00:57 That's not what we're told. 00:59 We are told to study, 01:01 to diligently study the Word of God 01:03 and seek to conform our lives to God's precepts. 01:07 And I love the quote in Great Controversy. 01:08 It says, "None but those who have fortified the mind 01:11 with the truths of the Bible will stand 01:13 through the last great conflict. 01:16 To every soul will come the searching test, 01:18 shall I obey God rather than men?" 01:20 So that's what God is seeking to prepare each of us 01:23 and He wants to prepare you. 01:25 Get in His Word and keep your eyes on Jesus. 01:29 And He will give you the strength to stand 01:30 through the coming conflict. 01:32 Amen. 01:33 Thank you once again, 01:35 and there's a big frame in front of me. 01:39 Viewers, you can't see it. 01:41 It says, behind you, it says, "Pray, trust and wait." 01:45 Those are the three things you must do. 01:48 I want you to pray and I want you to trust 01:50 and wait on the Lord. 01:52 Amen. 01:53 Be of good courage. 01:54 The best is yet to come. 01:56 Have a blessed day in Jesus. 01:59 Amen. |
