00:02 I know it went by so quickly. 00:04 You see, the time flies when you're having fun. 00:06 That's right. 00:07 Elder Wilson, there's a large audience out here 00:09 around the world, and maybe you have 00:11 a closing thought for us for today. 00:13 What a blessing. 00:15 It's been to be on 3ABN Today 00:18 and activities that are spanning the globe 00:22 and involving you. 00:23 And that's where we come back to that marvelous concept 00:27 of total member involvement, 00:29 which involves you as a viewer, 00:33 as a church member, someone who can be 00:36 part of God's great mission to this world. 00:40 He could have asked the angels to do it 00:42 but He asked us to participate in this marvelous explanation 00:46 of His plan of salvation. 00:48 And not only explaining it but living it. 00:51 And I'd like to focus for just a few seconds 00:54 on that beautiful aspect in 1 Thessalonians 5. 00:58 It tells us that 01:00 we are to be powerful people 01:05 because the day of the Lord is coming. 01:08 And we are to be sons and daughters of light 01:11 and sons of the day. 01:13 And it tells us to be patient, to rejoice always, 01:17 to pray without ceasing, and everything give thanks, 01:20 don't quench the spirit, don't quench prophecies. 01:23 And then it says, "Now may the God of peace 01:26 Himself sanctify you completely, 01:28 and may your whole spirit, soul, 01:30 and body be preserved blameless 01:32 at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ." 01:35 He is coming soon, and He wants you to be 01:37 part of sharing this message. 01:40 I invite you to do that today. 01:43 Thank you so much. 01:44 Until we see you next time, may the Lord richly bless you 01:46 abundantly more than you could ever ask or think. |
