Thank you so much, Buddy 05:11 that was just, just beautiful. 05:13 I'm gonna leave with there. 05:14 I had an interesting experience happen 05:17 not so many years go, I was 19 years old 05:19 and I decided I wanted to see the world, 05:21 so my sister help me purchase a ticket, 05:22 I took my bagpack put it on and headed for Europe 05:26 and for 9 weeks I travel all across the European 05:29 continent going from train to train, 05:30 sleeping in a strange places. 05:32 Now, what are the strangest things that happen to me, 05:34 when I was down in Southern Greece 05:36 and the strange there the trains went on strike, 05:38 which may I had to dip into my daily 05:40 food allowance to get up North. 05:42 By the time I got North, I couldn't afford 05:44 the fairy back through Brindisi in Italy. 05:47 So, what that basically means, 05:49 as I had to travel through a War Zone, 05:51 which was in Bosnia Herzegovina in Serbia. 05:54 And so I just sort of said Lord help me 05:58 and we got our, our tickets and climb down the train 06:01 and into the, into the Hostile Territory. 06:03 We went now, you have to understand 06:05 what is like that and these guys were, 06:06 they were crazy they just shot UN workers there, 06:10 the day before, they had killed some journalists 06:13 and so we were pretty afraid and about might happen. 06:15 And as we got close to the border and we can see 06:17 the trains were backed up for miles and we knew 06:19 that this made that the United States economic 06:22 embargo was already beginning to show its teeth. 06:25 And so when we got to the Serbian border, 06:27 you could imagine that they were very happy 06:29 to meet Americans. Well, this guy comes onto the train 06:33 and he was something tough. 06:34 He had a long black trench coat 06:37 and a semi-automatic pistol tugged in here. 06:40 And right behind him was a guy with a kalashnikov for you 06:43 lay people that means an automatic weapons 06:46 strapped down his shoulders, finger on the trigger 06:48 and he comes up to me, he says to me. 06:50 He says something in Serbian which I can't repeat. 06:53 Now, because I don't want too, but because 06:56 it is impossible for my tongue, 06:57 it's just and I said to him. Sir, I'm American 06:59 and then he got a really rough look on his face 07:02 and he says papers, so I pull out my, my passport 07:06 and he looks at that, oops he says, your papers 07:10 are not in order. I say, sir I think there is, 07:14 they are suppose to be as the secretary of state 07:16 for the United States would asked them to bet. 07:18 He looks at me and he says, you got a papers 07:21 are not in order. He says, follow me. 07:26 Now, I was some plan following him until they got 07:28 collision car behind him what, I said, okay, 07:32 you can go, you know, we can go work this thing out. 07:34 And you know, I have this really amazing talk 07:37 where I pled for my life as we walk down 07:39 the train tracks, eventually as he look through 07:41 the passports, she reluctantly gave me my passport 07:44 back and said I could go. 07:46 What did I learn from that experience? 07:48 Just this, it matters, whose seal you have? 07:52 Whose seal do you have? That day, when he discovered 07:56 that I was a legimitate citizen of the United States, 07:59 he hated me, but he couldn't hurt me. 08:01 I belonged to a bigger government than his government, 08:05 which government do you belong to friend? 08:08 I think Pastor Asscherick is going 08:09 to ask you that question. 08:11 Amen, now it's good. Very powerful. Thank you, Jason. 08:15 You know, I was in the, the van watching 08:18 the introduction and when Buddy said, 08:21 what he said about you. 08:28 Jason I laughed so loud that Russ, the director told me 08:31 to be quite. Oh! Praise the Lord, Buddy 08:36 I didn't know you had it in you. 08:39 Well, we have to lot to cover tonight and I look 08:41 at the screen and it says, 47 minutes and 52 seconds. 08:44 And tonight sermon usually takes me about an hour 08:47 and 20 minutes. And so we have got, 08:49 I'm just kidding about that by the way, 08:51 but we do have to get a significant amount 08:53 of information in about 47 minutes. 08:55 So, we are gonna get right into prayer 08:57 and then we are gonna dive into the message proper, 08:58 okay. Let's begin with the word of prayer. 09:01 Father in heaven, the story that Jason has told 09:03 is very illustrative of what we will discover tonight 09:06 and that is that it matters whose seal we have? 09:09 Father in this dividing time, this end of time 09:13 there will be a Mark and the Seal and everyone 09:16 will have one, or the other. Father my prayer 09:19 is that tonight, the message will be clear, 09:21 so that people can make intelligent decisions 09:23 and father decisions that will lead them nearer 09:25 to their savior Jesus. Father tonight, as we open 09:29 the Bible, speak directly through me not because 09:32 of me Lord, but in spite of me. 09:34 And may everybody have a rich experience 09:37 in your word and may each of us be making decisions 09:40 that will ensure that in that final day, 09:43 we are sealed and not marked. This is our prayer 09:47 in Jesus name everyone can say, amen. Amen. 09:50 Well, let's go directly to the screen and begin 09:52 with a little bit of review. The last time we were 09:54 together, we talked about the United States 09:57 and Bible prophecy, our message tonight is entitled 09:59 Revelation Seal or Mark, should be Revelation Seal 10:03 and Mark there will. And our next slides lead us to. 10:08 Well, while we will strength is out this live. 10:11 Let's go to Revelation chapter 13, Revelation chapter 13 10:14 and we are going to note beginning in verse 8. 10:18 Revelation chapter 13 and verse 8, 10:21 there we go, the Mark and the Seal, wonderful that's 10:24 the title of our message, we are in Revelation chapter 13 10:26 and notice with me verse 8. We remember last night; 10:29 there are two beasts in Revelation 13, 10:31 how many beasts? Two. Two beasts, the first rises 10:34 from the, sea, and the second rises from the, earth, 10:37 earth excellent. So, the first is the sea beast 10:39 and the second the earth beast. 10:40 Now, notice with me in Revelation chapter 13 10:42 and verse 8, it says, "All who dwell on earth will, 10:44 what's the next word? Worship. Worship him, 10:46 whose name has not been written in the book of life 10:49 of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. 10:51 And we have already learn in previous meetings that 10:53 worship will be the dividing issue at the end of time, 10:55 you remember we went through Revelation 13 and 14 10:57 and we notice. How frequently that word worship appears, 11:00 it just comes up over and over again. 11:03 Now, what I want you to notice with me is that 11:05 the end of Revelation chapter 13, 11:06 notice how tight together worship and the Mark 11:10 of the beast star, they are inexorably bound together 11:13 and let's begin that in verse 16. He calls us all, 11:16 this is the second beast "Both small and great, 11:18 rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark 11:21 on their forehead, or in on their hands or on their 11:24 foreheads." Notice there is the Mark. Verse 17, 11:26 "And then no one may buy or sell except he who has 11:29 the Mark of the beast or the name of the beast 11:32 or the number of his name " Verse 18 "Here is wisdom. 11:35 Let him who has understanding calculate the number 11:37 of the beast: for it is the number of a man; 11:39 his number is 666." These last three verses of 11:43 Revelation chapter 13, alert us to the importance 11:45 and the significance of the Mark of the beast that can 11:48 be received in one of two localities namely on the hand 11:51 or on the forehead. Now, notice what precedes this 11:53 and I'm picking it up in verse 15. 11:55 It says, "He was granted power to give breath 11:59 to the image of the Beast, that the image of the beast 12:02 should both speak, and cause. 12:04 " Remember that was the operative word last night. 12:05 Cause has many as would not, what's the next word? 12:09 Worship. Worship the image of the beast should be killed 12:11 and then in verses 16, 17, and 18 he goes right into 12:14 the Mark of the beast. So, what you see as you move 12:16 to the flow of Revelation chapter 13 is that you have 12:19 the issue of worship, worship, worship and then it 12:22 climaxes with the issue of the Mark of the beast. 12:24 Tying these issues, together in a powerful way. 12:27 The Mark of the beast issue then is primarily a worship 12:31 related issue; it's what kind of an issue? 12:34 A worship related issue and we discovered last night 12:37 our message entitled United States in Bible prophecy 12:40 that there will be two beasts. The first beast, 12:42 we have identified in Revelation chapter 13, 12:44 the first day verse is, "As the Roman Church State, 12:48 I say, who everyone? The Roman Church State, 12:50 but there was a second beast that would come up 12:52 but would act primarily as an apologist or as a prophet 12:55 a spokes person for that second or that first beast. 12:58 And we identified this second beast as the United States 13:01 of America. The United States of America and what 13:04 Revelation chapter 13 is telling us, is that this power 13:07 the super powerful beast without a king 13:09 rising around 7098, you remember the identifying 13:12 characteristics would rise up and would cause, 13:15 would what word everyone? Cause,. 13:18 Cause that, that word occurs three times there in 13:20 Revelation chapter 13. He Would cause, he would compel, 13:22 he would force to worship the first beast namely 13:26 the Roman Church State. Now, that sounds radical, 13:28 it sounds outlandish it sounds amazing, 13:30 it sounds almost unbelievable. Here friends, 13:32 I want to stand by something tonight, 13:34 if the Bible says it, I believe it 13:36 and that said was it, amen. Amen. 13:39 Now, we are going to continue to talk about that, 13:40 but that sort of ring is up to speed. 13:42 Last night we concluded with this. The Bible predicts 13:45 an erosion of our freedoms when church and state, 13:48 what's the next word? Unite. Unite, right 13:52 here even in our own beloved United States. 13:55 Now, consider with me, as we go again to the screen. 13:58 We are sort of moving through in chronological 14:00 succession. Our message tonight is entitled 14:02 the Seal and the Mark. And we want to begin 14:05 by asking this question, 14:06 what is the Mark of the beast? 14:09 What is the Mark of the beast? 14:11 Now, this has to be one of the most elementary 14:13 questions in all of the Bible because and I have 14:15 said this before, yet it bears repeating, 14:17 the Mark of the beast is the Mark of the beast. 14:23 Did you get that, yes or no? Yeah. 14:25 Now, sometimes we referred to the, we referred 14:27 to the Mark of the beast as it's almost like one word, 14:29 Mark of the beast. It's not one word, Mark of the beast 14:32 the Mark of the beast is the Mark of the beast. 14:37 So, to talk about the Mark of the beast and any 14:40 intelligible way before we have adequately identified 14:42 who the beast is, is the fools aren't, 14:45 it's an exercise and futility. 14:47 Yet, once we have determined, who the beast is, 14:50 then we simply need to do what is his Mark. 14:52 Because the Mark of the beast is the Mark of the beast. 14:57 Amen. Are you with me now? Amen. 14:58 Now, we have identified who the beast is and so when 15:00 asking the question what is the Mark of the beast? 15:02 It will really be a very elementary and simple 15:05 procedure. Notice this, to understand the 15:08 Mark of the beast; we must first 15:10 understand God sign, seal, or mark. 15:13 God also has a seal and I want you to go with me 15:16 in your Bibles to Revelation chapter 6 and we will note 15:19 the significance of this end time seal 15:22 that God's people will receive. 15:24 I'm in Revelation chapter 6, 15:26 Revelation what chapter everyone? 15:27 Six. Six and we are looking beginning in verse 12 15:29 at the opening of the sixth seal. Revelation chapter 6 15:33 and I'm noting verse 12. It says, "I looked and when 15:37 he opened the sixth seal and behold, there was a great 15:40 earthquake, and the sun became black as sackcloth 15:43 of hair and the moon became like blood. 15:45 And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, 15:47 as a fig tree drops its lay figs, when it is shaken 15:50 by a mighty wind." It goes on, "Then the sky receded 15:53 as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain 15:55 and island was moved out of its place and the kings 15:57 of the earth and the great men, the rich men, 15:59 the commanders, the mighty men, every slave 16:02 and every free men hid themselves in the caves 16:05 and in the rocks of the mountains." Verse 16, 16:06 "And said to the mountains and rocks, 16:08 "Fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits 16:11 on the throne and from the wrath of the, what? Lamb. 16:14 The wrath of the Lamb " Now, who is the Lamb? 16:16 Jesus. Jesus Christ, now notice verse 17. 16:18 Revelation chapter 6 and not with the declarative 16:22 a sentence that is to say a, a period a declarative 16:26 sentence adherence with an interrogative namely 16:28 a question. Notice the question in verse 17, it says, 16:32 "For the great day of his wrath has come, 16:35 and who shall be able to, what? Stand. Stand? 16:40 Now what is making place in Revelation chapter 6, 16:43 here the opening of the six seal? Friends that imagery 16:46 the fleeing of mountains and the shaking of the earth 16:49 and sky receding as a scroll that is unquestionably 16:53 second coming language. What kind of language? 16:56 Second. Second coming, this is what theologians refer 16:58 to in the Greek language as the Persia. 17:00 The second coming of Jesus, the revealing of Jesus, 17:03 the Revelation of Jesus, at the end of time. 17:06 Now, as John saw this in prophetic vision, 17:08 he asked the question as he saw it's catastrophic 17:11 and cataclysmic scope. He asked a question, 17:13 a legitimate question. The great day of his wrath 17:16 has come and who will be able to stand through 17:18 this catastrophic, cataclysmic climactic event. Amen. 17:23 Now, the answer comes in the very next chapter 17:26 of the Bible. Revelation chapter 66 ends with the 17:29 question and Revelation chapter 7 picks that question up. 17:32 Notice it with me beginning in verse 1. 17:33 "After these things I saw four angels standing 17:35 on the four corners of the earth, holding the four 17:37 winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow 17:40 on earth, on the sea, or an on any tree." 17:42 Then I saw another angel ascending from the east, 17:44 from what direction, everyone? East. 17:46 The east having the seal of the what? The dead God? 17:49 The seal of the, what kind of God? Living. Living God. 17:52 " Friends, I want to go on record is letting you know 17:54 the Jesus Christ is alive. Amen. Amen, 17:56 he went in the tomb, but glory to God, he came out 17:59 of the tomb. Amen. Amen. So, it says, he has the 18:02 seal of the living God. 18:04 And notice the importance of the seal. 18:06 "The seal of the living God and he cried with a loud 18:08 voice to the four angels to whom he was granted 18:10 the harm the earth and the sea: 18:11 "Saying, do not harm the earth or the sea 18:14 or the trees until we have, what's the next word? 18:16 Seal. Seal the servants of our God on their foreheads. 18:21 " Verse four says, and I heard the number of them 18:23 that were sealed: 144,000 of all the tribes of children 18:27 of Israel were sealed. "Now, I wish we end time to go 18:30 into the significance of the 144,000, we simply don't 18:34 have time to exhaustibly study it, but from the 18:37 immediate context you know, who the 144,000 are. 18:39 At least in a perfunctory manner, in an initial manner. 18:42 Remember Revelation chapter 6 sayings with the 18:44 the question. The great day of his wrath is come 18:46 and who shall be able to stand. And then the question 18:50 is answered in Revelation chapter 7, the 144,000 18:53 will stand. Amen. Amen. Amen. So, so at least the quick 18:57 answer, a brief answer to the identity of the 144,000, 19:00 these are those that will be alive when Jesus returns 19:05 those who won't see death who like Elijah and Enoc 19:09 in the Old Testament were not resurrected, 19:11 but the theological term is translated, taking to heaven 19:15 without seeing death. Are you with me now? Amen. 19:18 Now, notice that that everything would be harm, 19:20 the earth and the trees and everything would be 19:24 destroyed and harmed and turn into utter chaotic 19:27 of people except for those that had the seal. 19:31 Now, let me ask you a very elementary easy to answer 19:35 question. Do you think it would be important to have 19:37 the seal then? Amen. Yes, you know, yeah. 19:41 But all means friends, if you don't have the seal, 19:42 you will be a munch that class, or munch that portion 19:46 of the earth that is destroyed. Amen. 19:48 Only those that have the seal are preserved. 19:51 And at the end of time friends, you cannot have the 19:54 seal and the mark. You have either the seal of God. 19:58 The seal of the living God or the mark of the beast. 20:01 They are mutually exclusive, they are what word 20:05 did I say? That means you can't have both. 20:07 You have one or the other and here is another 20:10 non-option, you can't have, neither. Every single 20:13 person will either have the mark of the beast 20:16 or the seal of the living God; they are antithetical, 20:19 mutually exclusive. Now, I want you to notice 20:22 something else. We have already read about the 20:23 Mark of the beast and the Bible says about the 20:25 Mark of the beast that you can receive in one 20:26 of two locations. What were the two locations 20:29 you could receive the Mark of the beast? 20:31 Forehead. In the forehead or in the hand, 20:34 but did you notice something very interesting 20:35 about the seal of God that can be received only where? 20:38 Only, in the forehead. Now, as we progress 20:41 with our message tonight, let's me clear on a few 20:43 things we have really late a significant amount of 20:45 ground work. Number one is, that the 20:47 mark of the beast and the seal of the living God 20:49 are antithetical, they are mutually exclusive, 20:51 you have one or the other not both, 20:52 if that's clear say amen. Amen. 20:54 Number two is, is that the mark of the beast 20:56 is inexorably tie to the issue of worship, 20:59 to the issue of what? Worship. 21:01 Worship, so we are building out a very powerful 21:03 and, and I believe compelling platform. 21:05 Now, as we go to try and understand this 21:09 we must understand something God's law, 21:11 God's name and God's character are one-and-the-same, 21:17 they are synonymous. I want you to notice those three 21:20 things, God's law, God's name and God's character. 21:25 And you say why, why does it matter that they have, 21:27 why does it matter that the name and the law 21:31 and the character are all the same. 21:34 Go with me to Revelation chapter 22 and we will begin 21:37 to answer this actually on you way to 21:38 Revelation chapter 22, stop by Revelation chapter 14. 21:43 We are gonna just look at two quick verses, 21:45 Revelation chapter 14 and verse 1. 21:46 Revelation chapter 14 and I am reading in verse 1, 21:49 it says, "Then I looked, and behold, the Lamb standing 21:52 on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four 21:55 thousand." This is the same group that we just read 21:57 about Revelation 6 and 7 and notice this. 21:59 "Having His father's name written on their foreheads." 22:03 What's written on their foreheads? Father's name, 22:07 now think about that, back in Revelation chapter 6 and 7, 22:10 they were sealed with the seal of the living God where? 22:12 Forehead. On their forehead and what, 22:14 what was the number of that group? 22:15 One hundred and forty-four thousand. 22:17 here we will introduced to the one hundred 22:18 and forty-four thousand again except this time 22:20 instead of referring to as the seal on the forehead. 22:23 It says, they have the father's name, 22:26 on the forehead. Now, notice another one in 22:28 Revelation chapter 22. Go with me quick read, 22:30 Revelation chapter 22 and notice this, 22:33 Revelation chapter 22 beginning in verse 1, 22:37 "And he showed me a pure river of water of life 22:39 clears as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God 22:41 and of the Lamb. In the middle of its street. 22:43 On either side of the river was the tree of life, 22:45 which pour twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit 22:47 every month; and the leaves of the tree were for 22:49 the healing of the nations. And there shall be no more 22:51 curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb 22:54 shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him." 22:56 Verse 4, "And they shall see His face, and His name 22:59 shall be, where everyone? On their foreheads. 23:03 So, now two times we have been told that the name of 23:06 God will be right in the forehead of the people of God. 23:10 Now, you might be thinking Wow! I have got a get the 23:13 name the tattoo of Yahweh or Jehovah on my head, 23:16 is that what's being referred too. 23:17 We talk about that in just a moment. 23:19 Before we go one moment further the, let's buttress 23:22 that statement that we just made there on the screen. 23:24 The God's law, God's name, and God's character 23:27 are one and the same. Go with me to do that in 23:31 Exodus chapter 33. Exodus in the Old Testament. 23:34 Exodus chapter 33, what chapter everyone? 23:38 Thirty three and we are in verse 18 and we are going 23:40 to read through this rapidly. Exodus chapter 33 23:42 and verse 18, "Moses is on top of Mount Sinai, 23:46 where is the everyone? Top Mount Sinai. 23:48 And you know, the famous dialogue, 23:50 he is there for 40 days and 40 nights, 23:51 he is in a dialogue with God and the midst of this Moses 23:54 realizes that he is fully disclose to God that God 23:59 can see him, yeah God is, is behind the bail, 24:02 behind the clouds and the thunders and the lightning 24:05 and the trumpets. So, Moses is seen by God, 24:08 but he himself cannot see God. 24:11 Now, notice, notice what Moses says, here he makes 24:13 the remarkable and very powerful request. 24:16 Exodus chapter 33 and I'm reading in verse 18, 24:19 "And He said Moses speaking, Please, show me 24:22 your glory, is that awesome or not? Amen, 24:26 Moses says to God, God you can see me, 24:30 I want to see you. Show me your glory, now notice 24:35 this incredible dialogue is it unfolds in Exodus 24:37 chapter 33 and then we will move into the 34. 24:39 Verse 19, "Then He said, "I will make all My goodness 24:41 pass before you, and I will proclaim the name 24:43 of the LORD. I will proclaim to what everyone? 24:46 Name of the Lord before you I will be gracious 24:48 to whom I will be gracious, and I will have compassion 24:50 on whom I will have compassion." But He said,. 24:52 "You cannot see My face for no man shall Me and live. 24:56 And the Lord said, "Here is a place by Me, 24:58 and you shall stand on the rock. So it shall be, 24:59 while My glory passes by, that I will put you in the 25:01 cleft of the rock, and I will cover you with my hand 25:03 until I have passed by then I will take away my hand, 25:05 and you shall see my back parts: my face shall 25:07 not be seen" Moses says to God, I beseech you Lord 25:10 show me a glory, God says, I will show you my glory 25:12 on three conditions. How many conditions? 25:15 Three conditions, number one he says, I'm gonna put 25:17 you in the cleft of the rock. Number two, I wanna put 25:19 my hand over you and number three you cannot see 25:20 the front only the back. Now, notice this, this dialogue, 25:24 this chronology moves righ into Exodus chapter 34 25:28 and notice the very next thing to transpire. 25:29 Exodus 32 and verse 1. And the Lord said to Moses, 25:32 this is the same conversation friends. Amen. 25:35 And the Lord said to Moses cut two tables of what 25:38 everyone? Stone, like the first ones and I will write 25:41 on these tables I will write on these tables, 25:43 who will write? I will write, who is speaking. 25:46 God. God is speaking, God will write on these tables 25:49 the words that will on the first tables that you broke 25:50 shall be ready in the morning and come up 25:52 in the morning unto Mount Sinai, and present yourself 25:53 to me there on the top of the mountain. 25:55 And no man shall come up with you and let no man 25:57 be seen throughout all the mount; neither let the 25:59 flocks nor herds feed before that mountain. 26:01 So, he cut two tables of what everyone? 26:03 Stone. Stone like the first; then Moses rose up early 26:05 in the morning, and went up unto Mount Sinai, 26:06 as the Lord had commanded him, and took in his hand 26:08 the two tables of stone. Now, the LORD descended 26:11 in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed 26:14 the name of the LORD." Now, let's stop right there. 26:17 What had Moses ask to see? 26:19 He said, show me your glory. Now, God responds 26:23 by doing two things, he says, I will proclaim my name 26:27 and they will get me tables of stone. 26:30 Now, watch what happens as God proclaims his name 26:33 and his glory in the mixed of that, in the midst 26:37 of that dialogue and the midst of that action he writes 26:40 on those tables his law with his own finger. 26:45 Notice this, as we continue there in the dialogue. 26:47 We are in exodus chapter 34 and I'm picking it up 26:49 in verse 6. "And the LORD passed by before him, 26:52 and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful 26:54 and gracious, long-suffering, and abounding in 26:56 goodness and truth, keeping mercy for thousands, 26:58 forgiving iniquity, transgression and sin, and by 27:00 no mean clearing the guilty; visiting the iniquity 27:03 of the fathers upon the children, and the children's 27:05 children, unto the third and to the fourth generation. 27:07 So, Moses made haste, and bowed his head toward 27:09 the earth, and worshipped. Notice this remarkable 27:14 story, Moses says, show me your glory, God says, 27:17 I will show you my name. Is it safe then to, to do 27:21 the God's glory, a synonyms with his name. Amen. 27:24 The answer is yes. Friends in the Bible more so then 27:28 today name had, name had significance. So, name meant 27:32 something. In fact, we actually have instances of this 27:35 and both the Old and New Testament. 27:37 When people had a, a former character and then they 27:40 would come to God and their character would be 27:42 changed and in change in the character guess what else 27:44 to be changed? Name. The name, can you think of some 27:46 examples in the Old Testament. 27:47 Jacob. Jacob the classic example, Jacob wrestles 27:51 with the angels to the break of day in Exodus 32 27:53 and he said you shall no longer be called Jacob 27:55 deceivers, supplanter, and thief. 27:57 You will be called Israel, one who has 28:00 prevailed with God. How about another one, 28:03 in the Old Testament. God called the man name Abram 28:06 and after he was called then he was faithful 28:09 to that call, his name was changed to? 28:10 Abraham and he had a wife name Sarai. 28:13 And when she became faithful and followed her Lord 28:16 and her husband she was had her name changed to, 28:19 Sarah how about in the New Testament? 28:21 A man by the name of Saul from Tarsus was converted 28:24 on the high horse headed to Damascus, he was knocked 28:27 off that high horse and he said you are not going 28:29 to be called Saul, but now Paul. So, we have this, 28:32 this, these instances in the Bible and there are other 28:35 instances I think very quickly of Esau, when Esau 28:37 was born he was called Esau because he was red 28:39 All throughout the Bible name becomes emblematic 28:44 and, and symbolic of character of what everyone. 28:48 So, when Moses said show me your glory, 28:50 show me your character, show me what your life God says, 28:53 here is my name, here is my law. Are you with me? Yeah. 28:57 So, friends that's why we stand by that statement 28:59 and notice it again here on the screen. 29:00 God's law, God's name, and God's character are 29:04 one-and-and-the-same, they are synonymous, synonymous. 29:08 Now, by the way everything that you can say about God's 29:11 name also applies to his character and his law. 29:13 God's name is holy, amen. Amen. His law is holy. 29:17 His law is perfect, his name is perfect, 29:21 everything that can be said about his name is also true 29:23 of the law, they are synonymous. 29:25 And it's inescapable that an answer to Moses 29:28 question show me your glory God wrote with his 29:31 own finger unto two tables of stone. 29:33 As a permanent testimony, now let's jus think about 29:36 that very quickly, why would God write down on tables 29:38 of stone his character as a perpetual reminder. 29:42 What kind of a reminder? Perpetual, Amen. 29:43 The reason you will do that friends is that only Moses 29:46 was on top of Mount Sinai Moses had come down 29:50 and said, hey fellows, hey ladies 29:52 this is what God is right. 29:54 This is his name, but instead of doing that 29:56 he came down with a permanent perdurable exactation 30:01 of God's name. Namely the two stones, two tables 30:05 of stones, you with me? Amen. 30:07 So, you can say this is like, I didn't write this. 30:10 I didn't write this; God alone is qualified 30:12 to right his name. Amen. Amen, powerful, 30:15 so then as we continue this raises significant 30:19 questions then about what is that seal that was 30:24 on the forehead, that name was on the forehead. 30:27 It must be consistent then with God's law 30:31 It must be consistent with God's law. 30:34 Now lets go to the screen here, the Sabbath is a sign 30:38 that it is God alone who can make us holy. 30:41 There, what is a sign? 30:43 The Sabbath is a sign, now you are saying wait a 30:45 how did we go from the Lord to the Sabbath, 30:47 its actually very easy, isn't it? 30:48 The fourth commandment is the very commandment 30:52 that tells us when we worship who we are worshiping, 30:56 amen. Amen. Even a Buddhist can, can abstain 30:59 from murder, amen. Amen. And a Muslim can abstain 31:03 from adultery, amen. Amen. 31:05 But if you keep the Seventh-day Sabbath 31:07 this identifies which God it is that you are worshiping 31:10 and right there on the heart of the Ten Commandments. 31:12 Number four is, remember the Sabbath day to keep 31:15 it holy and they were first word as the Lord Sabbath. 31:19 Now, let's try to and pack this little further still. 31:22 Go with me to the Book of Ezekiel, you are in Exodus, 31:24 but go to Ezekiel very quickly. Ezekiel chapter 20, 31:29 Ezekiel chapter 20 and we will notice two verses 31:33 very quickly. And I'm reading Ezekiel 20 in verse 12 31:37 God speaking to the prophet Ezekiel and he says 31:40 in Ezekiel chapter 20 and verse 12. 31:41 "Moreover I also gave them my Sabbaths," 31:46 whose Sabbath were they? 31:47 God Sabbath to be a sign between them and me 31:51 that they might know that I am the LORD 31:54 that sanctifies them. I am the LORD 31:57 who what everyone? Sanctifies. Sanctifies, 31:59 now what's that word sanctify me. 32:00 It means to set aside for a holy purpose. 32:05 God says, the Sabbath is a sign that I'm the one 32:09 that makes you holy. Amen. Are you with me? 32:12 So, notice again here on the screen, 32:13 the Sabbath is a sign that it is God alone 32:16 who can make us holy. Are you comfortable with that? 32:18 Notice verse 20 of the same chapter. Ezekiel 20:20. 32:22 He says, "And hallow my Sabbaths; and they shall be 32:24 a sign between me and you, that you may know 32:27 that I am the LORD your God. 32:29 Now, let's, let's try to unpack here, 32:32 now the, the salvific significance of the Sabbath. 32:37 We have talked about the creative significance 32:39 of the Sabbath, note this. 32:40 Our own works cannot make us holy, 32:42 if you believe that, say amen. Amen. 32:44 We must trust in and rest in God's work for us! 32:48 Amen, friends that's what the Sabbath is all about. 32:52 Now, think about Adam there the very first full day 32:55 Adam experienced was the Sabbath. 32:57 The very first full day and all creation had already 33:01 been made and God now gives Adam and Eve, 33:04 the gift of the Sabbath. Now, can you imagine with me 33:06 the futility of Adam bending over and getting 33:09 some mud and putting together a clump of mud, 33:12 he fashions it into the form of say bird and he tries 33:15 to make that thing fly. 33:16 Right its not going to work, isnt it. 33:20 Think about this for just a moment, 33:22 listen very carefully Adam could not add to the work 33:28 of creation. Amen, amen. He could only enjoy it. Amen. 33:31 You have got it, so to the Sabbath is a sign not only 33:35 of creation but have salvation and when it comes to 33:38 salvation friends you and I here comes cannot add 33:42 to the work of salvation we can only enjoy it. Amen. 33:46 Are you with me on that? Amen. 33:50 Now, our own works make us holy, we must trust in 33:53 and rest in God's work what? For us and notice this, 33:57 here is the conclusion therefore, the Sabbath 34:01 is a sign of trusting totally in Christ righteousness 34:05 and not our own. Amen. Amen. 34:08 Now, things are coming together, we have got a few 34:11 loose ends here or loose end here. 34:13 And now we are gonna pull this together. 34:15 Go with me to Deuteronomy chapter 6, 34:19 Deuteronomy now that's the fifth book of the Bible, 34:21 isn't it? Isn't it? Amen. 34:24 Without I was playing a trick on you it is, 34:28 Now quick question for your Bible students. 34:31 The word Deuteronomy it means second law, 34:34 Deu is two Nomos is law, so the second law, okay. 34:38 Now, the first time that the Ten Commandments 34:41 are spoken that we find them in the cannon of scripture 34:44 is in where, where did we find them. Exodus 20, 34:47 now where is the second time we find them. 34:48 They are repeated Deuteronomy chapter. 34:51 Five,. Five, now I told you to go Deuteronomy what? 34:55 Six,. Six, so let's get the context here Deuteronomy 34:58 chapter 5 has just happen Moses has repeated the what? 35:02 Ten Commandments, The what commandments? 35:04 Ten Commandments, so that's Deuteronomy 5 35:06 and now we are going to read something fascinating 35:08 in Deuteronomy chapter 6 beginning in verse 1. 35:10 Remember that's the context. 35:11 Ten Commandments of just been resided 35:13 and here we on Deuteronomy chapter 6 35:15 beginning in verse 1. Now, this is the commandment 35:17 and these are the statutes and judgments 35:19 what's the Lord your God has commanded to teach you 35:21 that you may observe them in the land 35:22 which you are crossing over to possess. 35:23 He is just given in the Ten Commandments verse 2, 35:27 There you may fear the Lord you God to keep all this 35:30 statutes and his commandments which I command you, 35:32 you and your son and your grandson all the days 35:34 of your life and that your days maybe prolonged. 35:37 Therefore here all Israel and be careful do observe it 35:40 that it maybe well with you and that you may multiply 35:42 greatly as the Lord God of your fathers' has promised 35:44 you a land filling with milk and honey. 35:46 Here the Israel, the Lord your God is one Lord. 35:48 Verse 5, "You shall love the Lord your God 35:52 with all your heart, with all your soul, 35:53 and with all your strength and these words which 35:56 I command you today shall be in your heart, 35:58 what are these words? Ten Commandments, 36:01 absolutely powerful all would to God that clock 36:04 with slow down, I wish I had time, 36:05 verse 7 you shall teach them diligently to your children 36:10 and shall talk of them when you are sit in your house 36:12 and when you walk by the way and when you lie down 36:15 and when you rise up you shall bind them. 36:18 Now, what's the enticing to the pronoun them? 36:22 What he talking about, what's them? Amen. 36:25 Ten Commandments, the very commandments he just given 36:27 you in Deuteronomy chapter five, you shall bind them 36:30 as a sign upon your hand and they shall be as 36:34 frontlets between your eyes. 36:37 Now, friends let's unpack the significance here. 36:39 Moses is speaking to the children of Israel and he said 36:41 you are gonna take these commandments and bind them 36:43 on your hands that he mean literally that you would 36:47 bind stone tables on your hands. 36:48 Be very difficult to carry out work them wouldn't it? 36:51 What is he speaking about when he says; 36:53 bind these commandments in your hands, in your works 36:56 Let the things that you do give evidence of the God 37:00 that you serve, the hand is a symbol of works, 37:02 I quote you very quickly from, help me out here 37:05 Ecclesiastic chapter 9, Whatever by hand finds to do, 37:08 do it with all they might. Amen. 37:10 You with me, then he says bind them as frontlets 37:13 between your eyes, between your eyes, friends guess 37:15 what part of your body that is. 37:16 That's your forehead, that's your forehead. 37:19 Now, that he mean to take two great big tables 37:21 of stones, put them o your forehead? Amen. 37:25 Can you even do that, can you imagine it just that 37:28 impossible; it's not what he is speaking about? 37:30 He means take the principles take the law, 37:32 the holiness the righteousness the eliminability and 37:35 an ineffability of God and put it right into your mind. 37:39 So, what you think gives honor to God and what you do 37:42 give honor to God, amen. Amen. 37:44 On the hands and in the forehead. Amen. 37:46 Now, if we have looked that into what we are already 37:49 learned here about the seal was in the forehead. 37:51 And the name was in the forehead, 37:53 What was in the forehead, the God's name is his law. 37:57 And Moses here is saying take that law, 37:59 take the name of God, the character of God, 38:02 the law of God, the holiness of God and binded 38:05 in your hands, or here works and put it right into 38:08 inner sanctum of your mind, what you believe 38:10 and what you do. Amen, amen. 38:14 Now, this gets powerful. 38:15 Think about this for just a moment. 38:17 Salvation is by faith or with by grace through faith. 38:22 You're comfortable with that? Amen. 38:23 So, then the salvation have can I work with my hand 38:28 and obtain salvation? No. Impossible friends 38:31 listen salvation is a decision I make in my mind. 38:34 Jesus said for God soul of the word that he gave us 38:36 only begotten and some that whosoever works. 38:39 Whoever believes, friends are you begin into see 38:41 what a seal of God can only be communicated 38:44 and applied in the forehead because the seal 38:47 of God friends that commitment that we make 38:49 to the Lord God of heaven and earth must come 38:52 in the forehead only. Amen. 38:54 You can't receive the seal of God in the hands 38:56 because you can't work to get it. Amen 38:58 but the mark of the beast is very different. 39:00 The mark of the beast can be received on the hand, 39:02 i.e.,you receive it by works or you could actually 39:06 believe it and receive it in the mind. 39:08 Now, this disabuses on mind of this ridicules notion 39:11 that the mark of the beast is gonna be some sort 39:13 of a UPC laser coat tattoo on your forehead. 39:17 That divorces the mark of the beast from its 39:20 Old Testament imagery and friends remember 39:22 we interpret the, the book of Revelation based on 39:24 its foundation in the Old Testament, 39:26 not based on the news papers. Amen. Amen. Amen. 39:30 Now, if we look the Book of Revelation, 39:33 rest upon it's Old Testament foundation when he is 39:36 talking about the seal of God and the name of God 39:39 in the forehead to the old, to the reader in the 39:42 Old Testament or to the reader in Johns day, 39:44 who would read that they would immediately know that's 39:46 the Lord God, that's the seal of God implanted 39:49 in its principles in the inner sanctum 39:51 of their mind and conscious. Amen. Amen. Amen. 39:53 Not some silly laser tattoo friends in fact, 39:56 I even hatred poetry, but it's so illustrative 39:59 of a store of the principle, I'm trying to make your 40:02 have a great big tattoo of a dragon on my arm, 40:04 which I wish I didn't have. Great big tattoo 40:06 and right after I became Christian, I was working 40:07 at this vegetarian restaurant and I was in there, 40:09 chopping the carrots, chopping the onions 40:13 I have been a Christian for like three months friends. 40:15 And they were a dear sister her name was Ivy 40:18 and Ivy came in and she was help me 40:20 cutting the carrots, and she saw a tattoo in my arm. 40:23 She was a good Christian girl and she saw tattoo 40:25 on my arm and while she was cutting carrots, 40:27 you know, even I sort of startled too and she said, 40:30 you are the Mark of the beast. What? 40:34 She said, you are the Mark of the beast, 40:36 You have the mark of the beast, 40:37 where get it off me, on your arm. 40:40 What do you mean. She is looking at it's a dragon, 40:43 even dragon on arm, the Mark of the beast 40:45 and I said, the Mark of the beast 40:46 like I put this on myself, I wish I hadn't, 40:49 but she thought I had the Mark of the beast. 40:50 Now, friends think about that for just a minute. 40:53 You can, you see how silly that is? Amen. 40:57 Are you with me now? Amen. 40:58 Friends, the Mark of the beast is not a tattoo, 41:00 the Mark of the beast is the inculcation of principles 41:05 in the inculcation of what? Principles,. Principles 41:07 In the same way hat the seal of God 41:09 is the inculcation of principles into the mind 41:11 and that will work itself out in the works 41:14 and the actions that we do, amen. Amen. 41:17 Just all kind of coming together for you, 41:18 yes or no. Amen. Well, then let's go to the screen. 41:20 The Seventh-day Sabbath then number two is two things. 41:24 It's a sign and symbol of creation, amen. 41:27 By the word for six rest of the seventh and it does 41:30 also with a sign and symbol of salvation, 41:31 we just read that Ezekiel chapter 20, 41:33 I'm the Lord God that sanctifies you, amen. 41:35 By the way, if you want powerful chapter on this 41:37 go to Hebrews chapter 4, 41:38 that's what Hebrew chapter 4 is all about 41:41 that they remain and therefore the keeping 41:43 of a Sabbath or the people of God. 41:44 That the Sabbath is a sign of salvation and creation 41:48 in that chapter perhaps more than any other really 41:50 binds those two issues together. 41:52 So, then I gave you ten reasons why I personally keep 41:55 the Sabbath and I quickly review them for you 41:57 in the interest of time. Number one, 41:59 I keep the Sabbath because Jesus created it before sin. 42:01 I keep the Sabbath because Jesus commanded at 42:03 Mount Sinai. It was also number three 42:06 kept and honored by Jesus and his incarnation. 42:08 All of Jesus Old Testament followers kept the Sabbath. 42:11 Number four and number five, all of Jesus 42:13 New Testament followers kept the Sabbath. 42:15 So, you are in very good company, 42:16 if you become a Sabbath keeper, amen. Amen. 42:18 Now, number six, God rested in both creation 42:21 and salvation on the Seventh-day Sabbath. 42:23 It was changed by the Roman Church friends 42:25 and that's what we are going 42:26 to talk about in just a moment. 42:27 Number eight, the Bible says we will keep the Sabbath 42:29 in heaven, so we modest 42:30 we will get attract this now, amen. Amen. 42:32 Number nine, it's a sign of both creation 42:34 and salvation. And number ten, I keep the Sabbath 42:36 because in Revelation Jesus calls us to remember it 42:39 and to honor it. Amen. Now, go with me to 42:42 Revelation chapter 14 as we continue to pull these 42:44 inn's together and develop by the grace of God 42:47 a compelling and Biblical picture 42:49 of the Mark of the beast. 42:50 Notice how little time by the way we are spending 42:53 on the Mark of the beast. 42:54 Now, you say, why is that, why would you spend 42:56 so little time in the Mark of the beast, 42:57 chiefly for this reason friends, 42:59 chiefly for this reason friends, 43:00 if you have the seal of God, you don't have to worry 43:02 about the Mark of the beast. Amen. Amen, 43:03 even, even if you didn't know what it was, you couldn't 43:07 be in total ignorance about 43:09 what the Mark of the beast is? 43:10 But if you have the seal of God doesn't matter. 43:13 And what is the seal of God we have put it all 43:16 together friends, the seal of the living God 43:17 is the name of God, the law of God, 43:20 put right into your mind, you accepted by faith 43:24 and then God works outside if you to declare 43:27 your righteous and inside of you to make you righteous 43:29 by his power and efficacy 43:31 that's the seal of God friends, 43:32 it's having that relationship to God and letting him 43:35 right his law on your hearts. Amen. 43:38 In fact, that's the new covenant promise. 43:39 Wish I had time to go into that, 43:40 the new covenant promise is that he will write 43:42 his law in our minds and in our inward parts, 43:45 that's the new covenant promise and these 144,000, 43:47 these are people that have so inculcated the 43:50 the principles of the new covenant, that 43:51 they are living and abiding daily in that 43:54 relationship with God. Amen. Amen. Amen. 43:57 That covenantal relationship with God. 43:59 So, we are in Revelation chapter 14 and I'm 44:01 reading in verse 6. "And I saw another angel fly 44:04 in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting 44:06 gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth, 44:07 to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people." 44:09 Verse 7, "Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, 44:11 and give glory to him; for the hour of his 44:13 judgment has come, and worship him, who 44:15 was? Made. Made the heaven and earth, the sea, 44:17 and the fountains of waters. So remember 44:18 I told you that that is the single largest 44:20 quotation from the Old Testament in the Book 44:22 of Revelation. Now, where is that quotation 44:25 taken from? It's taken right out of the 44:28 Exodus chapter 20, the Ten Commandments, 44:30 he is quoting from the Sabbath commandment. 44:31 Then he says in verse 8, Babylon has fallen, 44:35 that great city because you made all nations 44:36 drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, 44:38 then he says in verse 9. 44:39 "Watch out, don't receive the Mark of the beast," 44:42 then a third angel followed them saying 44:43 with a loud voice, if anyone worships, 44:45 what word is that? Worships. Worships 44:47 the beast and his image and receives his Mark 44:49 on his forehead or on his hand. Do, you see how 44:50 those two issues are tied together? 44:52 Worship and the Mark, yes or no? Amen. 44:55 Verse 10, "He himself shall also drink of the wine 44:58 of the wrath of God, which is poured out 44:59 full strength into the cup of his indignation; 45:01 and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone 45:03 in the presence of the holy angels, 45:04 and in the presence of the Lamb," 45:05 it's not a pretty picture friends and I don't wanna 45:06 pretent like it is. Verse 11, "And the smoke of 45:09 their torment ascends forever and ever, and 45:10 ever, and they have no rest." They have no what? 45:14 Rest. Rest, what is the Sabbath all about in the 45:18 word? Rest. Rest, rest from our physical labor, 45:21 a sign of creation, rest from our spiritual labor, 45:25 a sign of salvation. Amen. The people that 45:27 receive the Mark of the beast have no, rest. 45:31 Rest, they have no rest day or night, who 45:33 worship the beast and his image and 45:34 whoever receives the Mark of his name. Verse 12, 45:37 here put your mind into John's mind. 45:41 Now, for just a moment John was watching in 45:43 cinematic vision and he saw the first angel's 45:46 message, the second angel's message, 45:48 the third angel's message and in the context of the 45:50 third angel's message John is just engrossed 45:52 with those who receive the Mark of the beast 45:53 and he is watching what a terrible, horrific 45:55 picture, tormented with the fire and brimstone 45:56 and in the presence of the holy angels 45:58 and in the presence of Lamb. And he watches 45:59 the whole thing and it must have been utterly 46:01 repugnant to his sanctified sensibilities 46:03 and then the very next thing that happens in 46:05 verse 12 is, here, here is watching the Mark 46:09 of the beast crew and then next thing he sees, 46:11 here in contrast to that group they receives 46:14 the Mark of the beast. Here is the 46:16 patience of the saints, here are those that 46:20 keep the? Commandments,. Commandments of God 46:22 and the, Faith, Faith of Jesus. Now, think about 46:25 that, if all you knew about the Mark of the 46:28 beast was in those verses you would 46:30 know enough not to get it. Amen, amen. 46:32 Because, he contrasts those that get the Mark 46:34 of the beast with those that keep the 46:36 the commandments. Amen. So, we can deduce 46:38 very logically, very reasonably, very simply 46:40 that if you're keeping the commandments in spirit 46:42 and in truth you don't get the Mark of the beast. 46:44 Amen. Amen. Amen. And this squares perfectly 46:48 with our definition of what the seal of the 46:49 living God is, namely his law, his character, 46:52 and his holy name implanted, inculcate 46:56 right into the very thoughts and mind and 46:58 thinking. Amen, amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. You know, 47:30 if you obey the Ten Commandments in spirit 47:33 and in truth and I wanna add this, 47:34 not in order to be saved, but because you have 47:37 been saved. Amen, amen. And I need to emphasize 47:40 this friends; apple trees do not produce apples 47:43 in order to be apple trees. Right. But 47:45 because they are apple trees. Amen, amen. 47:47 So too, Christians do not do good works 47:50 in order to be saved, but because they are 47:53 saved. Amen. You see the difference, yes or no. 47:56 Amen. One of the chiefest things that 52:04 they did to recommend themselves to the 52:05 formally pagan Roman Emperors was to 52:08 disassociate themselves from the Jewish day 52:10 of worship and to receive, and to accommodate 52:15 and to annex the pagan day of worship, 52:19 the venerable day of the Sun. That was the operative 53:00 word there, cause, cause, cause. 53:02 Three times in Revelation 13 compelled, 53:04 force the world to worship the first beast. 53:08 How would he go about doing them? 53:10 Friends, he would go about doing it by 53:13 enforcing the mark of the Roman Church States 53:17 Ecclesiastical authority, namely Sunday 53:21 observance. Amen. You following me? Amen. 53:24 Now, I didn't say that that means people would 53:25 keep Sunday, I said he would enforce it. 53:28 He would what? First on pain of economic 53:32 sanctions right they cannot buy or sell 53:36 and then on pain of death, pain of what? 53:37 Death. Death, so it's a process, 53:39 so it's not going to happen overnight, 53:40 it's a process, so you said it'll never happen, 53:42 it can't happen in this country? No way. 53:45 We have the beautiful first amendment 53:47 of the United States constitutions that says, 53:48 it cannot happen. "Congress shall make no 53:49 law respecting the establishment of religion 53:51 or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." 53:53 Amen. Amen. Problem is, is that 36 states in 53:55 the union already have what are called Blue Laws, 53:58 ever heard of Blue Laws? Friends, 54:00 Blue Law is a Sunday law, 36 states in the 54:04 union already have many of these laws, 54:06 these are not laws that need to be written, 54:07 legislated in past, these are laws that need 54:09 to be enforced. Or we're seeing and coming 54:13 together of these two powers, 54:15 yes or no. Yes. The answer is friends they 54:17 are racing together, the world's foremost super 54:20 power and the world's foremost moral power 54:23 are coming together and when these two 54:26 super powers, the super power of morality, 54:28 the super power of the military unite. 54:31 People are gonna say, Wow! Who can make war 54:35 with the beast? Isn't that what they are 54:36 already saying? Amen. Think about that for just a 54:40 moment friends, think of the wars that the 54:42 United States as been involved in, 54:43 oh! Afghanistan, you will be in there 54:45 and it will be a, it will be a slog, 54:46 you left the fight, the Brits were in there, 54:48 the Russians were in there, it will take, 54:49 no way, impossible, two weeks the thing is done. 54:52 You with me? Yes. Now, we saw our soldiers 54:54 over there, but you get the point, 54:55 the military might of this country is 54:58 second to none, there has never been a 54:59 power like this power in the history of the world. 55:01 That's right. Who can make war with this power, 55:04 are you? The whole world could align 55:06 themselves against this power and we would prevail, 55:08 the military might is just too strong. 55:10 Now, I'm not saying that because I'm proud to 55:12 be an American and I'm so pleased with our 55:14 robust militarism no, no, no what I'm saying 55:16 it says the Bible predicts that it would be a 55:18 worldwide power and lo and behold, 55:20 it's a worldwide power. Amen. Now, when that 55:22 worldwide super power unites with the 55:25 worldwide moral power. Friends and that that 55:28 second power, that second beast begins to enforce 55:31 the teachings, dogmas, councils and decrees 55:35 and doctrines of the first beast. 55:37 You will have the enforcement of the Mark 55:39 of the beast and so it's not to be equivocal 55:41 as we close, friends you will have enforced, 55:43 legislated, mandec, mandatory Sunday worship, 55:49 you with me now? Amen. Yet we antithesis of 55:52 that is the seal of the living God, the law of God 55:55 written in the heart, the law of God written in the 55:57 mind, received in the forehead or not on the hand. 55:59 Received only in the forehead by which 56:01 we keep God, God's Seventh-day Sabbath holy. 56:04 So, what will be a contrast? Sabbath 56:06 or Sunday. It's not a difference of days friends, 56:09 it's not a matter of this day versus this day, 56:11 it's a matter of this, who are you taking orders 56:14 from. Who's your General? Who are you taking orders 56:19 from friends? And as for me and my house we will 56:22 take orders from the Lord Jesus Christ.
